I'm not surprised. Most often I meet the situation that when BTC falls in price, many of the investors begin to buy small coins in large volumes, thereby reducing the risks for themselves. On the idea of you rights, but as this works on practice, hard calculate.  |

It's just a theory, where's the evidence, where's the facts? I generally think that to conduct IEO in a falling market is not the best idea. |

the beginning of IEO was announced a few weeks ago, and it is almost impossible to predict the situation in the market. |
