What token is that, how much is it listed for, and what is the amount offered? You have to make these clear before you can get anyone who is a good writer to even apply. I have a good friend who does writing work for a few projects,,, he is always happy to learn about new offers but I can tell you writers will not touch projects that do not even give good details so try give a few more so at least your title gets attractive;)
