There is no doubt that New Zealand will win this match. I do  not know why such a one- sided series has been arranged. Zimbabwe is a very weak team compared to New zealand. Mainly in the test format , zimbabwe is very feeble. If this was an odi series , maybe zimbabwe could have put up a fight and the  match would have been competitive. But this test match will be completely one - sided. In fact , I think New zealand will win by an innings.

And I am sure New Zealand will easily take a lead of 200+. For New Zealand, scoring 400 runs is not a difficult task. The players are in very good form. And both the openers are batting responsibly. Matt Henry played a huge role to send back the openers to the dressing room. On the last ball of the second over, he got the first wicket of Brian Bennett, it was edge and caught by the Will Young, and then the second one that was quite similar as the first wicket, got once again edge Ben Curran went for drive but he pushed power to his back foot and also looking for drive, unsuitable combination was there but if the bowler would easy then batsmen could be successful in their mission but it was Matt Henry swing the ball and got the edge and once again Wil Young did not miss the chance at the slip.

Right now England is leading the series by winning two matches, India has won one match and one match was tied. And in the last game Ben Stokes is not going to play because he is injured, while Jofra Archer is also resting in the fifth and the last game and on top Brydon Carse  is also not playing, so India may have a better chance to win this final test.

Meanwhile, I think in the last game, India could taken advantage and if they would focus on their bowling attack as well as batting then able to win this game and draw the series. Let's see what is going to happen, this is the first series of tests that is being led by Shubman Gill for India and is losing it so far.

Indian bowlers are not breaking some records, number 3 is newbie, pant is out and his replacement Jurel is good bat but he's not Pant so not sure about 2-2 scoreline atm.

It'll be debut match for Arshdeep, considering Bumrah is finally out. Tbh i don't understand why don't these guys announce their team in timely manner. They somehow think it's a 4d chess.

These Test matches are very boring. And I am sure none of us waste time watching this match live. We have seen the Test series between England and India. Every match is exciting. Both the teams are performing well. Basically, top teams should not organize Test matches against weak teams.

New Zealand will play 2 Test matches against Zimbabwe in this tour. If Zimbabwe had organized 3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches instead of organizing Test matches, then the series might have been a little more enjoyable.

Another surprising thing is that in these 26 overs of the NZ team, the West Indies tried their six bowlers but still they were not able to take any wickets. One of their best bowler Blessing Muzarabani bowled eight overs with three maidens but still couldn't get any break through.

We can manage with our batting but who is going to take 20 wickets if Bumrah is out of this match? We need 20 wickets to win a test or the it will end in a draw no matter how good we perform with the bat.

England bowling is more or less same with the inclusion of Atkinson but I Wonder what is going to be the combination for Indian bowling, And we can't ignore that Siraj is also working really hard who might deserve some break too, he may not be our Bumrah but he definitely a work horse. Arshdeep is making his debut or they will go with Prasidh?

I don't think it's a bad choice for New Zealand, rather it's a normal series like any other series in International Test Cricket standard where if New Zealand wins they will definitely get points and that will increase their rating and at the same time if the rating increases then their rank will go up. 

Currently, the New Zealand team is ranked fifth and the Indian team is ranked fourth. If the New Zealand team has to take the lead with the Indian team, they will have to increase their rating by 10 points, a large part of which New Zealand will probably get for free from this series.

Yes, if a team loses a Test match against Zimbabwe, then that team will face problems with its Test status. That's why no country wants to play Test matches against Zimbabwe. But New Zealand will beat Zimbabwe by an innings in the Test, that's why New Zealand has agreed to play the Test with Zimbabwe. I got the point. This raises a fair question. why not support rising teams that perform better with fewer resources? maybe I've my point. First of all Zimbabwe is a full member of the ICC, also have rich history which gives them more rights and funding, even if their performance is poor. ICC may also believe that with continued support, Zimbabwe can recover and improve. anyway many fans now believe it’s time to change this system and funding teams based on performance, not just for any ties and history in cricket.

Either the ICC should elevate top associates to full membership (a proposal they rejected during the conference in Singapore a few days back), or they should relegate Zimbabwe back to associate membership status. It doesn't make sense when a better performing team such as Scotland or Nepal receives just around $250,000 from the ICC per year, when Zimbabwe receives around $20 million.

We cannot say for sure whether Zimbabwe will lose by an innings or not but their first innings was not good at all. Team captain Craig Ervine made a top score of 39 runs off 116 balls but the rest of the players did not play well at all. The top order batsmen should have played better and had a longer batting mentality but the New Zealand bowlers bowled brilliantly especially Matt Henry who took 6 wickets and Nathan Smith who took 3 wickets. New Zealand is ahead of Zimbabwe in the ICC rankings. It is almost certain that New Zealand will win the Test but Zimbabwe should try to reduce their margin of defeat.
