The first ODI match between South Africa and Australia was played today and in this match, South Africa scored 297 runs in the first innings. SL is reviving their history for a while after they went from great to a shit one since 2011, so it is good for cricket. I still don't know most of the names in their squad, except a few hope they will make history and make all of us to remember.

The Australian team has performed well in bowling at the moment, but their fielding is missing, they may face danger in this match due to the fielding missing. So if the Australian team has to win, then they must have a good performance and win.

Matthew Breetzke is a good player and he made century in the last match. Bavuma returned in the team as captain because he always give his best to make his team winner and his team because champion in his leadership which is reason he is lucky for his team and for the country and always try to Play for the team. Marco Jansen role was crucial at the end otherwise his team could win this match. Matt Renshaw tried to give support to his team but other players gave their back to back wickets which was not good for their team and all team out at just 230 runs and they lose this match by a big margin . After back to back defeats Sirilankan were genieunly on back foot and hasn't Indicating any chance to surprise English, but as soon as Kushal mendis back in squad they looked far more confident and no doubt his impactful innings truly got his team such Gigantic 321 target, which led them to a much needed win in the series.

Well Australian couldn't make any constructive partnership at chased and folding for 230 against proteas is feel like more then just a bad day for them, moreover their shaky batting depth is genieunly moment of worry for them, However collapse at middle order following early top order dismissal could make things harder for them in future, hope so they will back as usual at his own style.

SA made an impressive beginning to this ODI series and their first game demonstrated a better balance in their batting and bowling. Matthew century prove to be a very important innings and provided better foundation for the team. Marco Jansen also contribute valuable runs in the closing stages to put SA under pressure from the outset. Aus were able to hold on to the race, but they were losing wickets at regular intervals and this made it difficult for the Aus to bat. The SA attacked and they did not allow Aus to establish any long partnership. Aus were eventually bowled out in 41.2 overs making the 67 run defeat even more convincing. Aus must be able to have better partnerships and control over the SA bowling in the coming game.

2nd ODI between England and Sri Lanka was a high scoring thriller with the guest team scoring 321 with the help of 121 from the captain Kushal Mendis. A huge improvement for batting of Sri Lankan team compared to last match. England also did their best and at a time were looking to chase the target but their lower order failed to bat and they kept loosing wickets. The ODI win comes as a compensatory win for Sri Lanka after clean sweep against it by England in T20 and the first ODI. Now the series is 1-1 but England looks much better than Sri Lanka and would be a surprise if Sri Lanka pulls on another victory to win the series.

It was a great match for Sri Lanka, and Kusal Mendis actually surprised me with how he approached the innings, giving Sri Lanka their first win of this tour. England was in a really strong position to win while Jos Buttler was at the crease, but once the partnership with Will Jacks was broken, they were done.

With the way the Australian top order started their innings—scoring at around eight runs per over with a great opening partnership—it looked like an inevitable win.

Although England team will prepare better for the next match and Sri Lanka team will also try to play enough to improve themselves in that case the next match will be more exciting.

You know ODI WC preperation kicked in for every one when odi bilaterals are in news which is kinda neglected format.

This time, they are using couple of drop in pitches so usual practice game in disguise of bilateral won't help much but it's still better than nothing. Hope subcontinent teams also scheduling some matches in Zimbabwe and South Africa before wc, just for the feel.
