Unless i'm missing something obvious here; smartmixer is like any other mixer; you send your coins, you receive different inputs back which are in no way (except due to the mixer of course) related to your initial inputs (coins!), then you spend them like you would do with any regular bitcoin transaction, you go to the webshop, check out with bitcoin, copy paste the adress + the amount, and send.

I understand that to proceed mixing i need to accept this point but is there any way to get back bitcoins that arrived to address later than 24h? Sometimes extraordinary things happens (like casino/exchange proceed delay) and i don't see that in TOS.

I think it was my fault, I directly withdraw from gambling site which is their transaction fee for withdrawal is free. Fee is free so I should expect that my withdrawal confirmation takes too long.

The withdrawals from gambling sites or services where the fees are very low or free are usually approved in batches by the service so when you have to do such a withdrawal, you have to put it in mind that it may take more than 24 hours therefore it's wise to first withdraw into one your personal wallets where you can control the transaction fee before sending the bitcoin into the mixer with the optimal fee.

Otherwise, it's great to know that things worked out for you without any complications
