Has there been additional tokens sold so far? Or the softcap target still not been reached? I see they are very rarely active in this thread, they should be often made an announcement here so that investors could be sure of this project, so that the desired softcap target was immediately reached.

I saw an additional 7000 ELAD were sold today in CBX. The first stage will end on October, 6th. The discount and bonus will be off after the first stage.

There is nothing appealing about this project.

Investors seem to be almost sure of losing their investment because of the flawed set up.

Land Registry in the UK requires names of owners to be listed at all times and with micro-ownership split between tens, hundreds or thousands of people - this will not be possible especially when taxation (stamp duty) needs to be paid when ownership changes hands.

Elad has secured its first property worth $600.000. Anyone can buy it with cryptocurrency.


The words ridiculous and pathetic come to mind after reading the above post.

There is nothing impressive at all about the statement which is taken from the Telegram release: "Elad has secured its first property worth $600.000. Anyone can buy it with cryptocurrency"

What does that sentence mean? Does it mean ELAD have paid $600,000 and are now owners of that property which they will now sell in fractions to those that want to buy it?

Maybe it means ELAD paid nothing for the property and the property has not been sold to anybody and instead is on the market "for sale" but ELAD have spoken to the owner who said they would be happy to receive the payment in cryptocurrency and ELAD are asking investors to pay for it. Is that what it means?

Any sort of promotion or press release that is duplicitous in nature at worst or economical with the truth at the very least - does not deserve to be trusted.

The sentence: "Elad has secured its first property worth $600.000. Anyone can buy it with cryptocurrency" means nothing to some and means everything to others and the root cause of the confusion is down to the ELAD team deliberately creating confusion by trying to show themselves to be a bigger entity than they really are.

Best advice is to avoid investing in these types of projects which exaggerate their status at every opportunity.

I am not selling, just giving a little support because I'm engaged in this project. After all, does anyone oppose the property world to adopt blockchain technology? It's a hard struggle but worth trying.

I also cannot think of any property or real estate project that made it. I agree with you about regulations restricting this particular type of business but maybe that will change in future depending and varying on legal jurisdictions.

The price of the token is probably overinflated for a number of reasons, there will probably be more pumps coming before the inevitable drop in price that dumps bring.

Maybe in the coming days we will see more information from the team that will give skeptics (such as myself) something to start believing in. I doubt it will happen but I am open to the possibility of it happening, for the time being even though the OP last logged in on 1st October 2019

I am not supporting the project idea because I carry the signature but I believe in possibilities with real estate-cryptocurrency if the idea takes care of a need and good roadmap is placed on ground. Money is not moving into the space at the moment and everyone is affected, even bitcoin, its a case the of eventuality of the IEO. The 2 exchanges are good enough to handle the crowd-sale but investors have no motivation. unfortunately most investors need profit fast. Softcap had been achieved and major part of the project's roadmap may be accomplished next year when market revives.

I cant defend any crowdsale team and the project but if you have confusion or misunderstanding on anything seek explanation on there telegram group, I only see airdrop complains most time no real discussion from interested individuals though the moderator is very active. If the soft-cap is achieved I believe the project can start on the road-map and look for the way of gradually introduce the coin while they stagger the distribution of the token both to investors and bounty participants.

Project funding looks very quiet, almost no increase. although softcap has been achieved I think this project will be difficult to develop. because not many people are interested in investing and buying ELAD tokens.
