Project funding looks very quiet, almost no increase. although softcap has been achieved I think this project will be difficult to develop. because not many people are interested in investing and buying ELAD tokens.

You are right, there are very few community members showing interest towards this project and even they are not bothering about the bounty people. It is impossible to reach their target because they need to prove to themselves, they are very active in the market.

So if they can't overcome small obstacles on their way, how much more of saving this project? They chose a bit complicated business here. Truly, not a smarter way to invest!

I cant defend any crowdsale team and the project but if you have confusion or misunderstanding on anything seek explanation on there telegram group, I only see airdrop complains most time no real discussion from interested individuals though the moderator is very active. If the soft-cap is achieved I believe the project can start on the road-map and look for the way of gradually introduce the coin while they stagger the distribution of the token both to investors and bounty participants.

For all these types of projects I never accepted that people should should go to Telegram or Discord to get information or updates.

If they can post here making threads to inform people about what is going on in order to seek investment then they can post their updates here.

This telegram migration has come and might need the forum influence to demand more active Announcement thread in the forum. The trend just changed and telegram took over, now over a year. It might look like the Forum is serving a different purpose but members had benefited from protection of the forum form teams. I seek a more active announcement thread here, not only for Elad. Imagine how many investors and crypto tech will come back to the forum. IMO the signature campaign will be more effective then.

Actually, that's the problem of most projects. They tend to transfer their activity to telegram or discord regarding updates and other progress. Very few can maintain their activity in the ANN thread. Maybe, it is the convenience factor for them. But supposedly, there is someone taking care in all channels so everyone should be informed. With so many social media channels nowadays, it is better to maintain the site or thread where everyone can follow thru even if you are not subscribed to those social media.

I told many concerned individuals that Sapta's involvement in the project is my main factor of consideration, his integrity is at stakes and his confidence on the project still amazes me. If they really got the softcap, that means the project has all it takes to kick of and deliver. I expect a level of delivery on the roadmap irrespective of the undelivered tokens to investors. They can start the project, stagger other IEO process and distribution of token to investors while the token is traded on the exchanges for property purchase, they should be beyond the demo. Investors can care more if the project they are interested or invested in is already on the go.

I also had the same question as you, but yesterday in the ELAD telegram group I found information that there has been no announcement regarding the end of the token sale / OEO ELAD Network.

the idea about softcap is the smallest fund that is capable of starting a project, what have they done with the fund raised so far?  They raised some fund on the webpage as well and i except information on it on their website, They should be transparent enough with the fund. They should give roadmap at least for the year, comparing other group to theirs they look quiet and redundant. The space is competitive for fund, only the efficient ones can win the interest of investors.

So far, I have not found a project about property that is developing well, some of them have succed to trade their tokens on the exchange, but tokens have lost value and trading volume is very low. and at first I hoped ELAD would have a different story, but I began to doubt it.

It could be very hard to trust a project idea from scam ICO run but lets just give evidence of doubt. There are a lot of  serious interested investors from Europe, mostly from England and if they have a breakthrough they could be a great. They have turn themselves to be a familiar face in England, so accusation of scam team is out of it and we can find out about them from those available partnership on their website residing in UK.

Major scam headed by a bunch of dreamers that want to use the ICO and token sale to line their own pockets by using the so called property-invest business as a front.

They are fooling people by dangling a carrot in front of investors by saying they will get listed on Binance

It seems that this project is no longer developing and it is difficult for properties to be implemented with blockchain and therefore the ELAD project is not developing like other projects.

They just gave hint of getting approval for listing on binance, no confirmation at the moment of listing the Eterbase or CBX that had the OEO. My experience with binance is always bad for every prior announcement of listing. I feel they should consider other exchanges in Europe that have high rating with other Korean exchanges for add. Exchange listing can be very difficult thing in this market.

It will be very difficult if this project will register on the binance exchange because their development is not enough that I see, ELAD on the Eterbase exchange is not very clear about the popular exchanges so I think for projects like this it will be difficult to occupy the best exchanges.

The ELAD project is dying. There were no meaningful updates, there were not many investors to develop their project ideas, and the road map was not going well. I think this project will be included in the list of failed projects.
