No, it haven't started. Now they have only airdrop and private sale on their site. Nobody knows when IEO starts.

The app which is live on the google plays store was our first trial , new App is scheduled to go live this week or early next week , android is ready but waiting for IOS approval

Mobile view was a little cumbersome and you can keep yourself updated with developments in crypto on the go, these were the logic behind going for app

Coverage of new markets is very important for cryptocurrency portal. They could create different language versions or just make more articles about blockchain and cryptos in different countries.
