About to be scammed on localbitcoins.com

This happen like this:

I had bitcoins and i kept it on my lbc wallet under sell.
I got a buy request from a guy and he told me the fiat were sent and market the paymet as completed and send a screenshot which clearly says money will take 2-5 days to get deposited to recipient account.
I disputed the trade because of this, i called him but now he dont pick up the call.
It is 3 hours now no money in my bank and that guy is just ignoring all.
So will lbc give him my btc?

What form of payment it was?
Normally cheque deposit takes this much time if I am not wrong (I can not remember when was the last time I singed a cheque LOL), but for cash deposit or any other payment like paypal, it should not take that long.

Not replying is weird of course but my question was about the payment method. Was it cheque or Cash or Paypal or any other method. The description of the payment only indicates that it could be a cheque payment however you should be knowing it.

I think you need to wait for the LBC to response.

The payment method which i asked in my sale thread was instant one. I have been receiving money from others in a minute. J belive the guy is tricky.
How  can defend myself over lbc if that guy shows some sketchy payment proofs??

You need to wait and see what LBC brings on the table. They are running a business from long time and I hope they know how to handle this and make a good decision.

You can give them link of this topic too if you smell trouble. This will help them to be extra careful because they will know the conversations are on going about this issue.

The LBC admin message both of them for id card infront of laptop. That guy did not did it and they release btc back to me.

I always had this positive thing in mind about LBC. They are doing the business from long time so they know how to handle it. Glad to hear that you got your coins back without further hassle.
