You ought to have simply reported them all to a mod, or make their usernames clickable(in form of a link)if you wish to make a thread about it(though I see no reason for that).

where can i report them to a mod? The reason is these accounts are flooding bitcointalk forum and posting almost every second.

Go to there post you think it should be reported and look at the right side on there post there is a button with report to moderater click it and do your report !
