I also did check both threads you have mentioned to reward merits to applicants that are deserving to get merit from me and I also joined there myself to share the threads that I think it's helpful or useful in this forum. I noticed that there's not much of applicants and most of them are the same person that contributed many times such as yourself and acted as the good role model in this forum for newbies and other forum users who are interested in learning cryptocurrency.

I don't think you will get someone from the above mentioned board because if someone has good posts theere, they are high ranked users or users who don't have any interest in the forum ranking system. However, I appreciate your approach to encourage people to be more interested in bitcoin's technical aspects.

RapTarX rarely posts in those boards, so I just don't know how RapTarX can qualify posts in those boards, if someone actually applied their posts in the thread. Moreover, I totally agree with you that in those boards, posters are good ones, because they are serious boards, and shit posts will be removed, posts won't be counted for activity or postcount (depends on which boards), so spammers won't join those boards due to lack of benefits for their post quota.

I just wished you would have the read the date when the OP had posted it and while replying to this thread also you would have got a warning that it has not being posted in 120 days in red and still you choose to ignore it and comment on it . Also did you read what OP had mentioned in which board he wants the topic and the link you provided belong to another section.
