Seriously you are GAMBLING. If you want to gamble, it is better for you to go to Los Angeles or any other American city and play gambling all day.
Putting every investment in your life into something you do not trust will lead to a big loss. BTC is not a magic trick that puts money in it and multiplies after several years.

I agree this is a gambling in some way, but investment in Bitcoin cannot be compared to gambling in Las Vegas by playing slots, poker or roulette. OP is make very risky decision, but it is quite likely that it will profit over time - do you not believe that the next ATH will be higher than the previous one?

I think that only numbers are changed, it is same situation it was few years ago when people on this forum saying that any buying under $1000 is cheap, and today we can say same for $10 000.

The issue here is the rent bill, because if you are paying something like $2k each month, then could be a pain if bitcoin doesn't reach those $20k the next year.

I remember one guy on this forum who fucked up hard, he does the same with his house and buys ETH at $450, if you see now ETH cost $200, so that guy still in lost. I hope this doesn't become your scenario. I wish you good luck.

wow, that's a REALLY brave words to say, with current fluctuations, which are still making btc a very unsafe investment, especially if you aren't experienced in cryptocurrencies thread. Future is always unpredictable and so is bitcoin, there is no certainty that the market won't fall in the next couple years (hope not, but you never know).

Pledging your land and property just to buy btc is one of the craziest ideas i've ever heard of. Right now the real estate market is much more stable than cryptocurrency market.

I think it's possible for BTC to hit 20K by the end of the year. However, its hard to predict the price and even experts get it wrong.

Many traders and investors are optimistic on a bitcoin bullrun this year and in next year for the halving but it is still risky investment especially if you are using your own properties. Investing in any cryptocurrencies is full of uncertainties because they are always volatile and unpredictable and you have to be prepared for any eventualities of your investment. All we can do is hope for the bitcoin to continue its bullishness and reach another all-time high in the coming months.

Even though i agree that there's a strong possibility that the btc moons (and not only 2x), you are risking your land and houses for 2x? And not only for you but your family? That's seriously so irresponsible it makes me wonder that have you ever invested to anything?
Can you take the loss it if bitcoin dips now? and how long will you hold it if it doesn't look good? Hopefully you have a other plans as well then just panic selling.

I am a strong believer in bitcoin and I have not doubt that it will  surpass its previous all-time high but I still will not mortgage my life savings or my piece of real estate for it. No one can really tell with all certainty when bitcoin will move higher in price or dip lower

There are people that have done this. They sold their properties for money. They were left with nothing in 20 years after they sold their properties.  

A property is something sacred, it is a lifetime work, you can not sell a property for some bitcoins, saying that the bitcoin value will appreciate. There is no person in this world that can say what the future will give. There is no person in this world that can say, tomorrow this and this will happen every minute.

We can say that the day of tomorrow will be approximately as today, maybe somewhat brighter maybe somewhat worse, but we can not say precisely what will happen in 3 years from now.  

Thus my advice is not to sell.

Risky your home for btc is not nice but is also a good decision , but risky as anything can happen but definitely btc will surge higher even this year regard what we have at present and the way market is responding to demand and supply.

I don't think it is a wise decision to exchange your own house and rent a house just to buy bitcoin. What if bitcoin's price will not go as you are expecting it to be?  As you have mentioned, it was unear. Thus, you are already aware that bitcoin may dumped really low like last year with the longest months we had experienced.

Wow, that is fantastic, you are very brave to bet with yourself, if I am in your position then I will not spend all of those funds to buy Bitcoin but I will only use it 50% only. Although a lot of news is circulating that says the price of Bitcoin will reach $20000, and I believe it will happen.
