After I win about 5000 euro they asked me for some documents.
Now because the number I have provided does not work anymore I tryed to give them a new one but they won t let me do that.
After that they have asked me to send 2 copies of identification documents and 2 proves of address which I have provided. ( usually one is enough)
Ususally they only do random Kyc checks anyway and I really think that the documents I have provided are enough.
I have account with legit bookmakers as well like matchbooks, Betdaq, bet365, and many other agent and haven t had any problems at all.
Now they claim that they seize all fund for fraudulant behavier which I think is not acceptable because they can not just keep the money themself.
I also want to point out with this post that once you win they try to make it as hard as possible to you to get your money... and like in my case just keep it...

All together they keep 7700 euro in their pockets.

Another thing they do is to put your comission rate from 3% to 10% once they see your are not a idiot and win something.

We would like to reiterate the previous email we had in regards to your orbit exchange particularly to the new commission setting. The said major change to your Orbit X Betting Exchange account commission. From 8% it will be increased to 16%. Please note that this kind of changes are implemented by the Supplier of our account and as an agent, we can't do anything but to follow.
Ridiculous. What's next? 32% commission?

guys it is easy to see they don t like winner. they take position on every orbit bet of 50%.
If anyone want to see it I can provide screenshots. Smiley Its like a new bet365 acc. no its worse maybe they take your money phillipine regulated rip of f....

WOAH, like I thought I am not the only one who got impacted by this piece f shit agent.. 7700 EUROS, thats a lot of money, can buy a lot of hookers and weed for the odsy mafias..!! We would like to correct the wrong accusations posted here.
You knew very well that we asked you to undergone verification as you keep on providing false information's about your Mobile Number where
we need to send an OTP-Code for withdrawal.

This customer undergone a verification and when he wasn't able to provide additional documents - He admitted that he submit us the documents
of his friend. So in short. He was a FRAUD by submitting FAKE DOCUMENTS.

That day. We told him that all his balance will be seized as he violated our Terms BUT after few days, we send him an e-mail saying this :


"Hello Sir,

Good day.

We would like to recall the previous decision of our management in the recent incident of you submitting a "Fake Documents" which deemed as fraud/untruthful information.
As a "One-time" courtesy, we will process your withdrawal upon "successful verification" of your documents with your "Real Identity".
Following with this email are the list of the requirements that you need to submit.

Moving forward, If same or any abuse of Terms and Conditions has been done "once again" we shall immediately proceed with the closure
of all accounts related to the same identification which will be deemed through a comprehensive investigation and
research - All balance across your account/s will be seized including the amount you deposit.

Thank you."


He "Agreed" to it by submitting his REAL documents and after few days, we verified his account and send back his deposit amounting to 7,783.63 EUR.

The reason why he keep on spreading lies was he claimed that he has a "friend" who also has an account with us which happened to be FRAUD as well
by submitting "FAKE DOCUMENTS"

We told him that his winnings will be forfeited and his deposit will be refunded to him but he didn't agree and threatened us that he will keep posting.
After few hours. We was able to REFUND HIS DEPOSIT OF 1926.10 EUR after he provide us the OTP-CODE for withdrawal that was sent to his registered phone number.

I cant talk about others, but I can talk about myself.. I have never committed any fraud or breached any terms.. Good that you returned the money of the other user, coz thats the way it should be.. you know 1600 EUROS that you have kept of my money can feed me and my family for a whole month? I never wished anything wrong and never thought to commit any fraud. I just wanted a place to bet and you kept my money.. I know you have terms and conditions but your terms and conditions are not above truth or above God. You should just return my money and end this matter on a good note. I have no way to convince you enough that I havent done anything wrong. By doing this you are only creating a bad name for yourself. Yes, but every case has merit. Your casino has detailed information on every gambler on your site. If this user only made a minor infringement, then the recourse of your actions are a bit harsh.     You could have determined what the impact of the other duplicate account could have been, based on the bets that he or she made and then based your decision on that.

Let's say the other account made only 10 000 Satoshi, then that would obviously not have influenced anything....the person probably just created a second account out of personal preference or just to experiment with new games etc. < I created a fake account at a gambling sites once, just to see if they were a scam site or not and then after I established that it was not, I created my actual account. >

Every case has it's own merit and you have the data to make that determination and the decision. Your actions does not come without consequences, because many of these instances lead to flame wars like this and other potential gamblers might steer clear of sites with too strict rules and regulations that are enforced or if there are too many complaints or incidents like this. ( I always Google "sitename" + scam ) to see if there are any scam accusations against a site and if I get tons of hits like this, I steer clear of that site. )
