You can't even withdraw your coins from the "wallet" at this point, so yeah it's not listed to any exchanges yet and of cource coinmarketcap. Supposedly, things like withdrawals, exchanges etc will start taking place once they are out of the testnet, sometime by the end of late 2019, early 2020.

I think that they still haven't released the tokenomics of Pi.
In my opinion, It is very doubtful that Pi is going to succeed. No real use case in this project and getting coins from referring people seems very tricky to me.

I would like to share with you this new project, where you basically get free tokens for mining with your phone.

can you explain to me how the pi is currently mined? since the application and just an imaginary counter connect to no blockchain, not even on a testnet ? Where does all these pi supposedly mined come from? short, short, short ..

I have the same feeling. It only takes a smartphone to mine and nothing else. Everyday you will have to open the app and continue the mining - that's it! I don't see any real life utilities either. Also the web development team is super slow. They took around 7 months to release their node. So I don't see any reason to continue mining this coin. As soon as it is listed in the exchange, people will sell of their holdings and get out of it. A simple mechanism to make money by the developers it seems!
