What crawler, for what data?

Crawler software can absorb data almost 100% of the contents of a web. I don't understand whether this is also able to retrieve the database if it's a website admin/server.
The description is like google search engine, which is able to display related sites just by typing keywords and matching them with content from various sites. That said, this software is a kind of query.

I think it should be in bounties if you are paying the rewards in altcoins or you can move to service section for bitcoin payments.

But it looks off topic related to cryptos so mods can decide where it should be.
