Foolishly bought BitcoinCash and sent them to the purse GreenWallet. The stupidity is that this wallet "sees" only bitcoins. I wrote to support to get a private key, but all to no avail. Is there any way to restore bitcoin Cash on Electrum?

Weren't you given a mnemonic passphrase during wallet creation? If so, you should be able to import it in Electrum Cash and spend those coins without any problems. Which version of their wallet did you use to create the wallet? The desktop or the mobile app?

You can use insert your privatekey or seed in any wallet that supports Bitcoin cash

Electrum cash or coinomi (mobile) are my recommendations.

Calm down, you didn't lose anything. You just sent your Bitcoin cash to an address which you have the keys but no interface to see the funds.

Thanks, but it doesn't work. I've downloaded electrum cash and coinomi but it shows 0 BCH.

Export your private key from Green wallet and access the wallet through privatekey in app https://electroncash.org/
Electroncash is a fork of Electrum wallet and the interface are similar. If you are using the correct private key, you should be able to view the coins.

Did you insert the Private key or the seed?

If you ha r the seed, you can go to iancoleman.io/bip39 , insert your seed and get the privatekeys qrcode
Coinomi allows you to scan that qrcore and recover the gunfs.
After doing this procedure your seed will be compromised.

Usually support can't assist you with private or passphrase, otherwise any bad support staff should be able to steal your fund, you are totally in control of your private key and keep that safe, never share it after exporting it. Always back up your keys, which is the most important thing.
