If it is possible for you, it is good to only eat vegetables and green. Eating of meat is not good for your mental and spiritual advancement. Most people are suffering from extremely anger today because of the type of meat their consume and how most of the meat we eat today are being killed! It is good to stop killing of animals because there have the same life as we do.

I eat Goat.,lamb,buffalo, pork,chicken and all of meat that can be offered in the market or in the restaurants

And even exotic food like Snake meat,Horse and Crocodile  (but not thoss from wild and endangered species )only meats that breed for consumption

If you eat meat or other protein, you are simply wasting your life. Protein makes you operate faster and use up other nutrients in your body. Slowing down lets you live longer.

I did not notice excessive aggression, I am a rather reserved person. But I really love animals, and sometimes it’s hard for me to come to terms with the fact that they are being killed for food.
