BET365 Withdraw

Any advice for withdraw a money from bet365 ?
Deposited by skrill , but some time ago skrill requested selfie with paper "Skrill+date" , I've sent one from designer who did it . Skrill didn't accepted it , and block permanently skrill accounts. I wanted to register a netteler but now they request also selfie with date . I'm blocked ,don't know how to withdraw a money now .

I have no contact with owner of documents which are were used for register skrill/bet365.
