Why most of the projects these days prefer IEO over ICO? , what were the lacks in ICOs that crypto needs IEO? What should we choose as an investor? Which has lower risk?

IEO makes it easy for every startup project to be quickly registered on the exchange, unlike ICO which is usually after ICO is complete Tokens are difficult to register on the exchange
IEO also reduces the risk of fraud that usually occurs in ICO, because every project that carries out IEO on an exchange has been investigated beforehand by the exchange concerned

Most IEO projects always have a very fast listing time and make it easier for investors to liquidate whenever they want, which is what makes the IEO always attract a lot of whales and investors. I think people always have the choice when they join the IEO because good projects are often listed in leading exchanges and make profit making easier than ICO investment.

Exchanges do research for you. If they fucked up, they will be FUD by those investors even if the person who invested in it are investors themselves. IEO have less risk for you because projects need to do some legal document stuff in order for them to be called legit and to be accepted by large exchanges. ICO on the other hand doesn't need those because they create lies and people would believe them in this forum anyway.

That's the big difference, good thing we have IEO which exchange as the 3rd party to do the sale of coins.
ICO format is prone to scamming as there's no 3rd party and not regulated at the same time, maybe soon there are improvements but I'm hoping for the betterment of this market so everyone will enjoy less risk investing. With IEO, I'm hoping it would change the mindset of some people that crypto investing is very risky.

IEO is simply a bit safer and improved version of ICO. the fact that they are under control of crypto exchanges is not a 100% guarantee that you will get your profits. Most of the ICO now I just noticed that after their main sale ends they will proceed to IEO, which they extend more time to run again their project which is not good to me as a bounty hunter. These are their style now because they found out that IEO is more priority of the investors and bounty hunters. So for me ICO team or the owner majority of them they are just fooling the community here in the forum. That's why few of the ICO I could say is good and honest.

IEO is getting more popular now and use by many team project to offer a better situation with the future investors.

I have seen so many scammed ICO before and i dont want to put my money at risk again.
Now we can look on a better or best exchange which is having IEO.
Then we can take a look of list on their IEO platform which project can be the best!

No, investors can also when token or coin exchange listing will happen cause it usually stated in the project road map and in IEO project owners can also easily cheat if they want either but investors are the one which ought to do their homework in terms of selecting the right project.

IEO often has lower risks than ICO has. I would advise to choose IEO now, but this is not everything you need to count in. ICO's weak point is lack of marketing and problems with exchange listings. IEO being held on a good exchange has more chances to succeed I think.

After so much scam from ICOs most investors moved towards Initial Exchange Offering. Basically the reasons for the move were that before an IEO is carried out in an exchange, they must have gone through some thorough research by the exchange team, also listing is sure unlike ICO that might take a pretty long time to list.
