Why IEO?

Why most of the projects these days prefer IEO over ICO? , what were the lacks in ICOs that crypto needs IEO? What should we choose as an investor? Which has lower risk?

Because with IEO on top exchanges, your project can be proved not a scam one if you can meet all of the requirements.
As investors, of course they will prefer to choose IEO than ICO, to avoid investing on scam project.
I think the lower risk is IEO, but if only you investing in good exchanges.

As you know most of ICO's in the past year and now are scams that's why investors feel safe their investment in IEO but everyone should check the exchange ranking and project before investing in IEO.
