Account (Legendary) banned, need help

Hi! My account was blocked with the wording (You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good) I would like to see comments on this. My rank Legendary, nick shimlbit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=292398) I would Like to note that forum rules I've broken and certainly not spamming and not copied posts. All the more with so with the rank and time participation in life this forum. Just want to note that my trust was +10, it is now reset.

I don't care about the trust. I wanted to know the reason for the ban of this account, because I did not break any rules - I did not spam or copy other people's posts. Is obtained any account on this forum is blocked on any reason?

I believe we have a hacked first then sold account type of case.

Most of the accounts used to promote Lust scam, as well as 20+ other projects from August 2017 to March 2018, are entirely carried out by hacked or purchased accounts. We are talking about 500-1000 profiles (I worked on that case for over a month have about 200+ high-ranked accounts banned for plagiarism...many more left unchecked...i ain't no bot  )

After that, some of the accounts are sold/re-sold (April and May 2018) to bounty hunters, rest left to promote more scam projects - Adab Solutions etc.

Probably but not necessarily. Ban evasion can also cause a permaban.

This account is most probably bought or, what I suppose, hacked.

First 110 pages are english and some german posts.

Then OP turned into a chinese guy:

哪里可以买到我的设备 for mining (asic s9,s 11)

The last 30 pages are mostly russian posts.

So not a huge loss for this forum anyways.

Not only that.. but didn't write a single russian post between 2014 and 2017 too.
Only english and german (and one chinese).


Well, alright. Mystery solved. It was ban evasion.

@suchmoon, go delete your post admitting you don't always find the plagiarisms.. fast, before o_e_l_e_o  sees it.
Claim there was no in this case

shimlbit got banned 8/1/2019 9:53:45 PM (according to bpip)

So.. might be roughly the same time (i don't know how bpip polls the mod log).
Therefore it can't be ban evasion.

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed. ~
If you get banned (temporarily or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

1. You got caugt for cheating bounties.
2. More likely a bought account who knows 3 different types of languages.
3. More likely a ban evasion case.

greatdn is a banned account as per BPIP, the address posted by greatdn in 2017, was also posted by shimbit recently, this proved both of them are alts and evading ban if I'm not wrong.
