What should I do with a 1000$ and what would you do?

Diversification of your portfolio is always important because it is part of risk and management. If I have $1000, I will divide it in 4 parts and I will buy Ethereum, Bitcoin, XRP and Bitcoin Cash.

$1000 is not a big money, so if you divide it in 4 parts to buy those coins you can not earn big profit.
Let's buy some altcoins or tokens have low prices with a part of your investment to creates a surge in profits.

Of Buying a Masternode and run it on a Vps, but I have 0 experience with that and I was looking for one and joined a few discords, and it was kinda a shitshow.
So I dont know how to look for good ones yet and it's a bigger risk then Altcoins in my opinion from what I have seen.
Does anybody have any experience with running a Masternode and how did that go for you?

A mining rig is probably to expensive, also the powercosts in my country are not that great so not really a option I think.

Create my own T-shirt Company
I know a Artist I could pay for a design or maybe even a collaboration where he could earn a % of the sales from the t-shirts.
Also have the fabric I want and all the idea's ready to go, this would probably be the most work, creating social media's, trying to get in retail stores, create a brand, and a lot more of course!

I suggest that you pursue the t-shirt printing business. Only invest in bitcoin when you made profits in your business. I know t-shirt business that are boooming are focused minimalistic designs. I think you have more shot in the business that waiting for your cryptocurrencies to grow. You will also learn a lot of skills in business. Cryptocurrencies is more like side-investments which you can be 50/50 on it's profits or could just be long game.

You can either buy crypto and trade or hodl it. If you hodl, you Bitcoin would be the best option if you ask me. No matter how successful top altcoins would be, it can still outrank BTC. In this market, Bitcoin seems to be the option that is always a lot of people interested and people tend to save this coin more so maybe the price increase will be just a matter of time. I have had a lot of experience analyzing this market and certainly this year is the last chance for you to buy Bitcoin cheaply because recently a lot of big news supports Bitcoin.

Now altcoin is not a safe option because altcoin always has a lot of liquidity problems and some coins have been removed by this market so only Bitcoin is the number one choice in crypto.

It's very hard to decide right now if I am on that situation but, If I were you you should split your money in trading coins like ETH, BTC, TRX, EOS because in the near future there are always possibility that these tokens will gonna explode on your wallet. For 1000$ can be a 10000$ in just a year. Imagine if you invest it on investment scheme for sure it will not survive in a week. Investing on trading is a sure money if you have some patience on you. I can say that this method is the safest of all.

1000 dollars is a big money for many people, and you need to know that investing in bitcoins has more chances to be profitable then in alts. You can buy/sell, to say trade, with any coin, but bitcoin still has the biggest chances to bounce back after every drop, and that is more then 2-3% profit.
Investing in btc or eth is not one time deal, you can invest even less money, but at least you will have some btc or eth. That`s a good thing about investing in crypto generally, you can invest any amount of money and you can hold that amount or to try to trade, it can be low as 10 dollars or high as 100k dollars, there are no limitations.

If 1K is big money for the OP, he probably shouldn't be investing in crypto at all, to be honest. But if it's a decent amount to him, btc would be the safest bet.

Otherwise, I like the idea the other poster mentioned, just use it for trading. Which means playing the swings right ... kind of a risk, but if he figures out how to trade, probably the way to make some money. He could just trade in BTC if trading alts seems too risky to him.

Bitcoin is the safest bet for all of us, not just him. I don`t know about OP, I said that 1000 dollars is a big amount for many people, maybe he is one of them, maybe not. I have much more money in crypto than in real, for example my monthly paycheck is around 350 euros, it`s around 380 dollars, I need to work more then 2 months for 1000 dollars.
If you are new investor it`s better to invest in some potential coin and hold. Trading is risky even for people who trade for years. I wouldn`t recommend trading to someone who is new in crypto.

If I have 1000$ maybe I will separate it in investment which I will invest in bitcoin and ethereum. The 500$ will be used to buy bitcoin then the rest 500$ will use to buy ethereum. The only reason why I buy those token is the potential rising price in the next few months. We have different choices of cryptocurrencies but if you are a great traders or investors you will probably use the money to invest in top rank cryptocurrencies. I would stay out of the market at the moment and if there is no other way, I would invest inly in BTC. The market has shown, that 2019 is the worst year to hold altcoins, but Bitcoin is doing pretty well.

Investing in safe coins only gives you a short-term profit because these coins usually do not have good price increases and there are always a lot of adjustments in this market.
