I will go with ICO only, Because of this IEO, people are not exploring more about the project. By believe the exchanges alone they are investing on their hard earned money over the shit projects which does not have stablity in the marketplace.
If that situation is every project is having means we do not need to invest on that shit IEOs. ICO means you can explore about it.

In my humble opinion, being 'good' is not enough for us as we all want to profit as much as we can. I can count tons of 'good' projects with a great technology and a professional team behid them, however, when it comes to the value of their asset, it may not satisfy us. I am not sure if that makes a project good or bad.

Investing in bitcoin is a great option in these months because of the halving ahead but here about IEO/ICO is asked so better is that to guide the users about it. For that I will suggest to look at the altcoin announcement section where he can find almost all of the project announced. I will first tell you to study the risks involved in both, that is ICO and IEO so you won't have anyone to blame afterwards. However, it's being a while I heard anything about ICOs because IEOs are now the other of the day. Talking about IEOs, they are certainly many just like in the days of ICOs with only few actually working to bring up something; now if you want to participate in any IEO I will suggest you start from major exchanges like Binance, Huobi, Gate, Okex etc; their IEOs have had a good track records and in each case remember to do your research so as to know the best way to follow( to hold or not).

try to join IEO on a large exchange, but if you don't understand the project I think it will be better if you don't invest, I hope you stay away from ICO because right now I don't see any ICO that is really good.
You can only invest if you really understand the fundamentals of the project.

I don't think this is a good time to invest in an ICO or IEO. The market was unstable as soon as Bakkt was officially released, the bear market for a long time. IEO projects are no longer profitable for investors, and I think you should wait when new forms of investment appear to replace IEO and ICO. Currently holding potential altcoins for a long time is the best option.

You indeed said this Sir, IEO has only become a trend but its just been ICO, I don't know if others notice that IEO can also be used as a scammer's instrument to gather money to investors also through exchanges that they use that are not well known in the crypto world, because some people think IEO is okay, they are wrong. Hivenet looks interesting and i can see that they have a high rating on icobench but since i don't trust ico rating websites that much i don't let that bug me much, Hivenet logo thus looks not very attractive and even its website but thats shouldn't be a big deal if they are ready to deliver the best service

I don't want to suggest you invest in ICO or IEO because that is difficult to give you a profit. I don't want to suggest you invest in altcoin too. What I want is to search for yourself and don't depend on other people because we have different things in analyzing each coin. Whatever you choose will be better if you find by your analysis, so you know what the risk of investing in that coin is. Yes you do should not invest in ICO at least because there are 99% chances that you will lose your amount. IEO is still a better choice provided you invest in a good exchange.

By the way you can still find some bounty on ico coin and try to get some free coins. You never know any coin might become on good exchange  and the value of it increases.

Good exchanges that we can rely on to conducted very good and reliable IEO are exchanges that are within the top 10 in the industry, and the issue with projects from these exchanges is that they are very scarce as they don’t often release projects for people to invest in, maybe as a result of low quality projects that we have.

If they eventually release a project, you ended up not being able to participate in the IEO because of the rush for it and also the cost of having to participate in it also, which is why ICO sector is actually still booming, just that we don’t have much quality and reliable projects there, but investors are still releasing projects every day, so for one to really get any project to invest in, it still has to be through ICO and we have to make through research before we can invest in them so as not to fall a victim of scam projects.
