i dont know about investing in this , i did then,  only my bad was, i bought it at highest price, after my buy it felt down like a brick...
now i am hoping on reviving ...

probably i lost on this also ...
 

You must learn a lot from there dude, i remember almost all of my friends have been loosing a lot in this one consider when it was going up  and they were thinking if that will increase even more but they didn't do any research for that dude.
XRP is not a good investment anymore and there was a lot of better platform that offers much more utility usage.

i had just bad luck with this coin.... all because the research i did research this , and first i was sceptic, and when it began to rose, i panicly bought a lot of , didnt sell it wit profit ( cause i was sooooo greedy) , so endit up wit bad invest heck  i made so many bad invest , i can bounce my head to tho wall, the most coins who real f*cked me were f*cking Maternode coins ......

I have never bought or traded ripple before but my opinion is that anybody that wants to buy ripple should research it very well to be sure it will be worthwhile because I learnt the team dumped a large amount of coins within a small space of time.

Xrp is a long term hodl for me, pretty cheap at the moment when comparing to its all time high. They seem to be rolling out events that could raise the price in time to come, and also it is gaining adoption especially for cross border transaction between financial institutions.

I also believe that Ripple will still cost more than $ 2. The project team is very strong and influential. I also plan to invest in Ripple in the future.

Over my life, I have come across so many different articles with news that turned out to be a fake. I do not advise you to believe the news about cryptocurrencies.
In addition, I'm already tired of hearing about the coins that are about to defeat Bitcoin and take its place. How many of these appear every day? Ripple is of course a popular coin, but he will not succeed.

XRP doesn't need to fight against BTC, both coins have a different purpose. XRP has a lot of good news last couple of months, but it doesn't' reflected on price. Maybe the current market situation is a root cause of this, but let's wait a bit more.

I'm not a believer of XRP as long term project, as I think it will not be around for too long. I find safer to invest in it for short term purposes alone, and $3 is long shot for XRP, to be very honest.

like ETH, the development of XRP is also quite slow for now. but, I think, its development will also coincide with ETH. the potential price of XRP to develop is indeed very large, and that might happen at the end of the year. the potential could possibly be above the $ 0.5 price by the end of this year.

short term or long term, it all still depends on how the market updates and responses are increasing. whereas XRP does look to have a pretty good trade but in demand that is not so good. the developer must strive to increase XRP requests.

xrp seems like a stable coin i find it quite difficult to get profits when investing in xrp,and I personally think xrp is more suitable for short-term trading buying at lower prices and selling as soon as possible when rising, because xrp is not like other altcoin that can go up fast and go down dramatically.

The article you shared states that XRP can be next Bitcoin which is impossible as BTC id decentralised and XRP is centralised this only point is enough to hold BTC over XRP. If you are trader then for short period of time for booking profit you can buy ripple with bitcoin. But, centralised are not my choice for long term.

I'm not sure XRP will be the next bitcoin. With the amount of supply reaching billions and also the team holding XRP in large numbers, it is difficult to compete with bitcoin in price or market cap value. Maybe XRP is a good investment because it has a lot of partnerships with various banks, but I'm sure XRP is difficult to compete with bitcoin
