On the issue of genocide, or why Armenia is wary of judgment
The fact of the genocide of the Jews was established by the International Military Tribunal, the organizers of the genocide and the perpetrators of this crime were found and condemned, this raises a completely natural question why Armenia, in order to once and for all end the issue of the alleged Armenian genocide in Turkey, is seeking an international tribunal. The question of the extermination of Armenians organized by the Turkish authorities was raised immediately after the defeat of the Ottoman Empire in the First World War, but more than a century passed, and the court never condemned it. And how can a court pass a sentence if Armenians have not bothered to apply, as it should be, to an international court. The court, only the court and no one else can determine the organizers of the genocide and its perpetrators, if any, and issue a corresponding sentence, following the example of the Nuremberg trial. Moreover, from the point of view of international law, the international Convention on the Prevention of Genocide was developed, which clearly states who has the right to recognize a crime as genocide - this is the court in The Hague and only he. So what is the reason for the Armenians to ignore the trial on such an important issue for the Armenian people? A huge number of publications report on the genocide, but, oddly enough, Armenians do not even attempt to appeal to this court. It should be noted that history already knows several courts in this case. The very first is the Maltese court. In 1920, the British occupation authorities in Istanbul, according to an Armenian tip, arrested 144 people as the main perpetrators of the Armenian genocide. A year before that, namely in 1919, a certain Aram Andonian published a book in which incriminating documents were collected - telegrams of Talaat Pasha, proving the irrefutable guilt of the Turkish authorities in organizing the genocide. This book is widely circulated widely sold in many countries. A year later, a trial took place in Malta, which did not reveal more than one document proving the guilt of the arrested, and this despite the fact that the judges already had Andonian’s book on hand, which was recognized as a rude fake. By the way, Andonian never submitted a single original of the telegram of Talaat Pasha, saying that they were lost. The prosecutor's office announced the termination of the proceedings on the basis that no document had been submitted, evidence proving the guilt of the prisoners and this at a time when all the archives of the empire were in the hands of the British and all the witnesses of the so-called genocide were alive. It should be noted that the British Foreign Ministry conducted its own investigation, as a result of which it came to the conclusion that Andonian’s “telegram” was a fake. An interesting and significant fact, the Turkish government proposed to establish an international commission of historians to find out the truth and open the Turkish and Armenian archives, to which Armenia categorically refused. Armenians decided to continue to exploit the lie about the bloodthirstiness of the Turks, relying on propaganda, and I must say we have achieved considerable success in this field. The human psyche is such that the first information about something is most deeply remembered. Thus, for example, Armenians refer to Hitler’s phrase “Who remembers the massacre of Armenians?”, Which he allegedly pronounced on August 22, 1939 during an appeal to the commanding staff of the armed forces, and these words are recorded in the Nuremberg trial protocol as an accusation. However, it turned out that there is nothing like this in the protocols. There were a great many similar false fabrications at the suggestion of Armenians. Hiding the reality and providing the public with false information is the only method for the advocates of the Armenian Genocide in Turkey. Due to the spread of false propaganda, even the law on punishment for denying the Armenian genocide was adopted in France and Switzerland, but later the French Constitutional Court repealed this law as violating the principle of democracy - freedom of speech, and also because the fact of genocide was not recognized by any by the court. The Swiss court, which condemned the Turkish politician Dogu Perinchik, who denied the genocide, suffered the same fate, the European Court of Human Rights overturned this decision as violating freedom of opinion. Under the onslaught of the powerful Armenian diaspora, Switzerland was forced to file an appeal, which was nevertheless rejected. The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg left the previous decision unchanged and, despite an impressive delegation from Armenia led by the country's Prosecutor General, issued a final verdict on October 10, 17, which has historical significance, “from now on legally the“ Armenian genocide ”is declared not a historical fact , and by opinion, and any criminal prosecution for denying this opinion (as well as any other opinion in general) is already a violation of Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights. ” There is still no document on the basis of which Turkey could be accused of organizing the genocide of the Armenian people. Having failed to accuse Turkey of genocide in a legal way, Armenians do not abandon attempts to propagate Lies to the wall of not individual organizers, the so-called genocide, which were never found due to the fact that there were no such people in nature, but the entire Turkish people. It would seem why the Armenians did not achieve a new trial in the Hague court, but it may happen that they turn out to be accused of the prosecutors and this is the most likely outcome that they seem to foresee.
There are hundreds of valid documents, not falsifications, including the statutes of the extremely Nazi Dashnaktsutyun Party, denouncing Armenians in organizing massacres and ethnic cleansing in Turkey and Azerbaijan, or even far from Armenia and Turkestan. It was the Nazis from “Dashnaktsutyun”, who made the entire Armenian people hostage for the crazy idea of building a chimerical state “Great Armenia”, and are the main culprits in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in Turkey and Azerbaijan. Armenian nationalists, taking advantage of the plight of the Turkish army on the fronts and receiving weapons from the Russians, began the extermination of the civilian population in the territory assumed under "Great Armenia". The ethnic cleansing undertaken by the Armenians in the rear was particularly cruel, the wells were bombarded with corpses, so that people would not even think about returning to their villages. To prevent a military defeat, the Turkish authorities had no choice but to begin the eviction of the Armenians in order to secure the rear in anticipation of the advancing Russian army. The columns of evicted now unarmed Armenians walked through the territory where the population had fled before, fleeing from the Armenian militants, and something happened that could not help but happen. Evil spawned evil. This was a spontaneous revenge of people, many of whom have lost their loved ones, and it was taken groundless to take it for the beating of Armenians specially organized by the authorities. It should be noted that a large number of Armenians living in Istanbul did not touch any genocide, which irrefutably testifies to the failure of the genocide planned by the Turkish government. It is precisely because of these circumstances that the Armenian guardians of the genocide fear as the light of a trial and continue to sow lies in the hope of tilting the world community to their side. 08/03/19
