I can write tutorials and guides for you, but a good article or tutorial need not be 1000 words. In fact a good guide is best to be kept short and precise, but not good enough to make payday by your definition.

Your right!!! Great detailed tutorials with pictures explaining things is also accepted however must check in on a topic with me before writing and submitting.
Thanks for your interest,

I am also in the market for articles/tutorials/how-to guides relating to mining/hardware/software.  Preferably an experienced miner that is familiar with the different types of hardware and software out there.  Please PM.

Interested in theory, but your rates are waaaay too low for any decent, self-respecting copywriter. ~$7 per 1000 words?!

99.99997% of the people that are going to apply are going to be horrible writers regardless. When the main news site (CoinDesk) even has poor quality control, you know there's a problem.

It's worse than this. There are people that are claiming they have degrees in journalism or are English professors, yet they still can't differentiate between things like "to" and "too," or don't know proper grammatical structure. I've seen "professional writers" that supposedly work for newspapers that can't even form sentences properly, yet are asking for upwards of $20-30 per 1,000 words due to their "experience." It's pretty painful to see.

The worst part is that when someone makes a post about their professional writing, and I take the time to correct all of their mistakes, I am bashed for being a "grammar Nazi." I equate it to calling out a mechanic that's destroying people's cars (in that people who don't know any better need to be protected before they're screwed over), but apparently ignorance truly is bliss.

I might be interested at 10x-15x the rate you are proposing.

I'd be glad to write some articles on Raspberry Pi. Unfortunately, I'm still a Newbie. Do you think we can work something out? I'm a decent writer and will work at the proposed rates.
