Good day On the whole, today a game bet and that Burnley FC - Parma Calcio 1913 S.r.l. International Clubs Club Friendly Games 03.08.2019 16:00 SC Paderborn 07 - SS Lazio Roma International Clubs Club Friendly Games 03.08.2019 16:00 Mexico - Colombia International Pan American Games, Women 03.08.2019 17:00 And so wagered Burnley FC (0-1) @ 3.05 Handicap 0: 1 SS Lazio Roma (1: 0) @ 4.70 Handicap 1: 0 Colombia (1-0) @ 3.15 When the first 2 games were right and ready, the 3rd game was at halftime and the current level was right, so I got the option to sell the ticket However, the first 2 games were not updated and I was not able to sell the ticket 100 times the support letter they had a lot of time and so it was a 2-1 and the sale of the game was not The games did not last for 30 minutes Have repeatedly written to the support cookies deleted everything for nothing !! Now I have lost my ticket and the type of support said the odds would change quickly 1. The whole page was blocked 2. Is not this the first time? 3. Why do I have to give up my money if the site does not update my games? Now tell me, who is wrong here?

It's not that they failed to tell you the cash out option wasn't available, it's that they don't have to, the option sometimes simply does not work or it's not available, this isn't really a surprise.

I'm seriously having a hard time understanding you bud, but from the looks of it, you are not scammed but the conditions from the game let them to suspend cashouts for that particular bet. Like what LFC_Bitcoin was saying, there are some bookies that suspend cashouts on matches during injuries or technicalities in the midst of the game. Never clicked your links btw, and if you're sure that you have been scammed by the said bookie, direct it to Reputation and make a scam accusation there.

This is a completely normal thing with various sportsbooks where they have suspended the cashout option several times in the past for me too and there is nothing scammy about any of this stuff.

Their terms and conditions support them in this aspect and accusing such reputed sites without concrete evidence is silly. No one is going to support you here op.
