be careful !
i sent 0.003 btc to olymptrade at 31.07.2019 but my account never funded !
i talked with support team , they just said wait 24 hours
the day after they said the same.
finaly after 3 days they said "sorry, we don't have it"
but i have all proves which shows they recieved it and has been removed :

Is this the site you are talking about: https://olymptrade.com
I never heard of it, just found it from google and did a quick forum search and found some of the following:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5134687.0 (someone was warning about it)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5135880.msg50919703#msg50919703 (but someone was taking positive about it)

My personal thought is that, something is missing in their side. You can move this topic to the scam accusations board. This will help you to get targeted readers and from them may be someone might find a way to help you.

In my country many people warning dont use olymptrade. They dont have problem when deposit, but when they want to withdraw their balance it is always pending status
