olymptrade stole my deposite!

i sent 0.003 btc to olymptrade at 31.07.2019 but my account never funded !
i talked with support team , they just said wait 24 hours
the day after they said the same.
finaly after 3 days they said "sorry, we don't have it"
but i have all proves which shows they recieved it and has been removed :

Sorry about losing your Money. It's actually my first time to hear about the platform. I have tried to search the forum to see if i can get any account that is associated with them so that we could sermon them to resolve the issue but I don't think they have a profile here.

Please never trust those unpopular trading platforms with your money. Most of them are scams.

Can you share your conversation with them? And the screenshot/proof that they blocked you somehow?

I've always suspicious of Olymptrade. They're not really active here I guess but lots of my friends know it from Youtube ads. Would be glad to prevent more case like yours from happening.

I also want to know the screenshot about the conversation, olymptrade its quite popular in my country and i personally do deposit on their site back in the past and they credited me, so idk why they scammed you. I'm not defending them...

Also, i tried to do deposit on my old account using bitcoin, but it got declined
