I think it's only a matter of time, soon we will be betting on e-sports

I'm already betting on E-sports and its fun because I'm a player too. The new era of video games are working well now, there are so many kinds of games that is already available for betting. Traditional gambling are casinos, it can't be a combination of e-sports aside from the online gambling site.

Soon, we will see many new games will be added in the gambling industry because the owner of the gambling places know that it will attract more player to come and bet and they will make a lot of money from the games. The traditional gambling will transform into digital gambling like what we see now, and it will grow fast with the supporting of the technology. There will be more competition in the gambling places, and that will be interesting too if we can take part in the games but remember, we need to control our money.

I don't see any websites that are accepting esports bets but I'm hoping that in the next years, they will add it since Esports has been very popular right now around the world. Although there are no sites that are accepting Esports bets, they can still bet thru traditional gambling.

I think that gambling and esports go hand and hand.
Throw in Blockchain technology to help with the gambling aspect and youve got a working method to wager on esports

I'm in full agreement with you on this, the only issue I can see is that these esports kids are usually really young and I can see them throwing matches for cash. I actually am pretty sure I have read how it's a big issue and so is match fixing. I guess if gambling cash flows in it could force it to legitimize.

This is young and new yet but still has much chances to win. The problem comes when the team get sell and the match become fix then it make difference but it does not mean for not spending your money in such E sports betting there are allot of games in it also on trends as well. Gambling has profit so both are good at same time.

Esports gambling is been here for a while now.They might not get too much attention to this forum but if you do picture out of this forum there were millions of esports lovers out there.It might not be seen by others but they are actually there, getting big tourney prize pools is the proof.If there were no attention to this we cant see those statistics.

Indeed, there is no significant competition here. Sports gamblers will stick to the sports they are fans of. Bettors on football matches will not leave football betting simply because eSports betting is growing big. Bettors on cricket or NBA games will not quit simply because Dota 2 or Fortnite betting is already available.

The rise of eSports betting does not discourage bettors on other sports. This will just widen the clientele of betting sites. The rise of eSports will certainly increase the patrons of betting sites.

You know, most of the games right now has the lootboxes, where they buy a treasure, a cratebox or something like that. That is a gamble, gamers or players buy these expecting getting something nice, a Startrak, an immortal or super rare item that they want to that they can brag to their friends.

It is far more easier to set rigged games up in e-sports and nobody will be able to tell the difference.

One way or another one of either side is going to win (or draw) but I wouldn't advise you to make your bets solely based on your researches. The "luck" factor is higher than you really think and every once in a while it is not even luck what decides the result of the game.

Provably fair dice games are probably more honest than these games but e-sports surely has a solid fun factor in it especially if you are also a player.

Indeed, ordinary sports and e-sports do not have too many different points, gambling and betting are probably similar, I can even say e-sports is easier to predict than normal sports because the level and skill of the teams is too obvious. But the type of e-sports betting seems less popular because of two reasons, partly because of the relatively little tournament, the rest is probably the needs of gamblers, they are not too focused on e-sports, mostly focusing on king sports, so gambling with e-sports is less developed

e-sports are growing, no doubt, but they are not so popular with people with 40+ age, and not so popular as soccer, tennis, volleyball etc

^ Definitely right, through our millennial generation majority of a young age people are depending on the gadget. So, no doubt that e-sports and traditional sports betting will be combining each other. But as of now, let just adopt what it is.
