If you have problems with the online casinos, just make an accusation at the related board. And as far as I know, you did that.
But as LFC_Bitcoin mention in your trust feedback, you should have any valid proof for your deposit that ever you deposited at that casinos.

Was it Game-Protect who told you that? He will do anything to try and make a buck, it wouldn't surprise me if he was saying such thing without any proof, like he does all over the place. He says every casino is rigged and or illegal when he has literally no idea. Hopefully you have something better than that to go off of.

So have you lost that 30 btc on gambling? And now you want to take action against who had not gambling licence? I don't think you will be much benefited and perhaps few spammer will try to get money from you. Especially where used btc it could not traced. There is no way to make money from gambling that we know of right now. The house edge makes sure that you lose money because it is favoring the house and if you play against it long enough you will lose all of your money. However there are people who gamble just once and big time and either win or lose and leave, that is the only way you can have even a small chance of winning, just one big bet and if you win just leave and that way you can get out in favor.

I have done that with a small amount, I had 70 bucks and bet low odds and won 700 dollars and left, that was the last time I had a good return on my gambling, I could have lost all of that 70 bucks (and there was a BIG chance I would) but I took the risk.
