 I think it's fair to defend ourselves on here.

1. First of all, a ponzi scheme is something that takes money from someone and pays others with no product or service. Mintbuilder offers a affiliate opportunity and offers products such as gold and silver bullion for sale. So it's not a ponzi. You certainly can earn up to 12K per week if you put in the effort.

2. The Nyancash website has links to free cryptocurrency faucets, coinbase earn, shakepay, and sites like Swagbucks and more to come. These are not scams, they are opportunities, and they DON'T COST ANYONE 1 CENT.

3. The NCH token. The Nyancash token will pay ethereum rewards to token holders. People may trade these tokens on Etherdelta which is a decentralized exchange. All that will be evident on the blockchain as time goes on. See, that's the nice thing about the blockchain.....it is public. Rewards are based on a number of factors. There is risk in everything. NCH token could flutter and be nothing, or the market could decide they are worth $30 each in 5 years. We certainly want to grow value and utility for the token, something that 99.9% of other coins are not providing.

Time will tell, but our intentions are to grow this coin, promote opportunity for people and promote cryptocurrency. Easy to label something a scam, yet, zero evidence of anyone saying they lost anything. You know when you purchase tokens, they are speculative and anything like Mintbuilder depends on your efforts as well, but we will work hard to help our team reach their goals as well.

Yeah tell us something we haven't heard before, the forum is operating on a zero tolerance to Ponzi scheme related business irrespective of whatever additional features you guys put in place to make the project seem legit. The forum have experience similar cases in the past and they all ended up with the same result, exist with users funds (exist scam). Your project has Ponzi scheme written all over it and that's just the fact.

Can you provide evidence that your business has ownership the gold or silver bullion? Or is it just words?
Can you provide legitimate business licenses?
Can you avail legit Documents to prove purity of the precious metals in your procession?(I am certain these are supposed to be available to the public to prove legitimacy of your business)

You are certainly taking money from "investors"... there is no denying that.

Those links are just a cover up of the real issue here. You do notice I didn't focus on them. They are actually just refferal links from you. I wonder how a person/business promising people $12,000 ends up looking for peanuts from referral links

In this forum, any form of MLM, HYIPs, affiliate program with unrealistic returns and ponzi scheme is classified as scam as they always eventually die out enriching the starters of the schemes and leading to lose of funds by those who join later.
