Searching DEV for BTC Main fork

Dear Bitcoin community,

as metioned in thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5149764.0 I am not satisfied with the Co2 consumption of Bitcoin.

For acceptance I need to accept we have to stick to current POW concept.

Regarding that, one of the posters mentioned a block fee for CO2 certificates would be a possible solution.

I am now searching for developers that simple implement a block fee in current code.

I will search a way to make a transparent way to pay the certificates with the fee.

To clearify I dont want to make an altcoin, I want to make a main fork so that miners can come in.

And I also want to clarify that we dont have a company, premine etc. to finance everything so as Bitcoin, its charity way.

Hopefully my idea gets on good earth to make it grow.

You see a cause, you see a good way to earn some : merit / goodwill / karma (take your pick)
And you want to : Be a poor man's Satoshi / Be Rich / Have control over your army of shitcoin miners

And then comes this guy slapping you with the truth :

So I suggest you take a long deep look at whether this is actually needed by the community, the miners you want to come mine your shitcoin, they've got bills to pay. If you are not improving majorly on the pre-existing tech, then you are at least a ripoff artist. You will not be able to give any reason for the miners to come and mine your coin. This is not 2016/17 anymore.

On the other hand

If you really passionately believe this is something you want to do, then this would be the right time to teach yourself how to code and fork BTC yourself.

If people will come here with the same idea as yours, then we will have hundreds of Bitcoin fork, we should stop launching ICO and let's just start forking Bitcoin, is that what you want, people hate Bitcoin fork and you want more of it, why not get a life first and stop hating Bitcoin.

Woah! calm down dude. Chill your horses. No one hates Bitcoin Forks. Most people hate useless forks. And besides, forking BTC is the best way to learn about how Blockchain works and is a great fun and educational endeavor. If only OP approached this in that sense, he'd have received more help.

I dont know why people get that angry with s simple CO2 fee in code.

Why it would make me rich? Dont understand? Fork would be annouced early so everyone can take part?

I would contact the original developers of BTC but they simply hide.

Why I all development bad? I dont understand....
