i need help from the expert out there to enlight me, how the hackers or the scammers get access my My Ethereum Wallet
and thiefs all my little balance in my account. i am the only one know my Pkey.

and even my bitcoin wallet from blockchain.com they also access get my balance though my account was properly secured. how can they access?

I guess your deice installed with keylogger which is an app can steal the things what you are typing on your keyboard.Better explain what device you are using and also did you installed any third party app recently on the device you installed your wallets?

I guess your device installed with keylogger which is an app can steal the things what you are typing on your keyboard.Better explain what device you are using and also did you installed any third party app recently on the device you installed your wallets?

how can i know that my laptop installed keylogger? the last app which i installed was atomic wallet..

i remembered last few weeks ago i encountered clipboard highjack, everytime i paste my wallet different wallet address appeared  i aware about it so i format my laptop. then after formatting the clipboard corrected but when i checked my MEW wallet and the BTC wallet all balance withdrawn.

You have downloaded the malware and I think it has affected your wallet and balance already before you formatted your laptop.

Do you remember any software you have downloaded? sorry but there's no way to get those coins back.

That’s the safest thing to do so everything in your system will be deleted as well,and from now on stop entering or clicking links shared by others or random people without high security on you device because hackers now are very great on this.and also prevent from using free WiFi or other connected unto this to keep safe your wallets.becuase hackers nowadays are looking for crypto because it’s revolutionary and many prospective victims
