I know this is a very small part of being plagiarized, but plagiarism is plagiarism. Check my evidence below.

It is really intended a plagiarized on some sentence of the whitepaper and images.
Since if you can see on the original author on some sentence or image they used, they site their another/original source but on the whitepaper of Bamboo, no sources.

Its seems Bamboo is promoted by Bounty Hunter, here is link : https://bountyhunters.io/campaigns/Bamboo. I have tagged Bounty Hunter previously for private key issue. They were quite shady from the beginning. They don't like to do their own diligence about projects, otherwise how a project with plagiarized whitepaper promoting by them?  All hunters should avoid them otherwise just would be waste of time.

In the first place they should know that if they plagiarized, people will lose trust on their project, whitepaper is very important because this is where all housed the relevant information of the project and every crowdfunding project, must know this is an integral part of crowdfunding, are they so ignorant on this sections and they did not drop on this sections to see many projects are ruined because of plagiarism, now they are one of the list.

As you have noticed, the reason we have messaged you so many times (and you ignore all of our messages) is because the red trust you have left for WP plagiarism and team has been addressed and 100% resolved.

We appreciate you warning the community of any ‘red flags’ where they are deservant as more than 90% of projects these days are scams, however real, authentic and long-term vision projects deserve a chance, and BAMBOO is that project.  If we didn’t care about our reputation and community support, we would not pay attention to your comments and just ignore them.  We have addressed all your comments, and so it is only fair that you do the same.   

As per our many private messages to you, please consider:

When the WP V1 was prepared, the writer, in error, omitted to reference some parts of the WP.  The information that was not referenced was research, statistics and facts from government, health and non-governmental organizations.  All other information in the WP is original and the project is 100% authentic with a very strong backing.   If we wanted to plagiarize intentionally, we would plagiarize other things as well. The omission of references was never intentional, and the team failed to notice this unfortunately before the WP was released.  When the sale was open to the public, the WP was already corrected.

The vision and mission of Bamboo is 100% authentic and original, with the very strong backing from Archipelago Group, which is well funded business that is generating a total revenue of USD205.7 Million in the past 5 years, USD 20 Billion of Total Sums Insured Managed over the last 5 years, and has over 2 million customers which Bamboo has access to.  Only a HANDFUL of all blockchain startups have such strong team and ecosystems behind them.  We are not here for a quick buck, we are here for the long term, to bring a healthier life to everyone, even those that can’t afford it!

You can verify this information on our website and also through MoUs we have signed.  If we were here for the quick buck, would we care to go through all the trouble and work to sign contract with 25 reputable partners?

It is clear that BAMBOO is a serious, long-term vision start-up backed by a strong and successful institution. I don’t know what further evidence you need in order to remove your red flag, but do let us know and we would consider it.  It is clear that we care about our reputation, and that we pay careful attention to the constructive criticism from the public, because at the end of the day, BAMBOO is here for the people.  We are trying to make something good in this world by making other people’s lives better, to help them live longer and happier. I agree with you, they need to start from here if they want to do something with his reputation.

After reviewing this topic and @bizfyn_ru fingering to his problem, I still see no reason to oppose support to this flag. This flag is because of plagiarism and questionable team member, as I know it is are the first signs of fraud in the announcement. Creating new WP (after scam accusation) can not annul that you are started with stealing someone's work and represent it as yours.
Also, I am curious, what would happen if this topic not created? would you make a new one version of WP? Of course, we will never know that.

Potential investors need to know if the project has any problem and to recognize if there is a risk.

I doubt that one too and to be honest, haven't heard that exchange yet and still I really doubt that happens. They should prove otherwise that they are a trusted project by delivering it even their trust has been dismantled (though it's really true they plagiarize contents).
