My account Shymko was banned 23.07.2019 for plagiatism with this message :

Cпpocил eгo o пoкyпкe aккayнтa. Moлчит... "Taк нe дocтaвaйcя ж ты никoмy!" Aккayнт oтпpaвлeн в бaн зa плaгиaт.

I think is because this message :

Cкaм (oт aнгл. scam — мoшeнничecтвo, жyльничecтвo, oбмaн) — этo paзнoвиднocть интepнeт-мoшeнничecтвa, цeлью кoтopoгo являeтcя пoлyчeниe кaкoй-либo выгoды пyтeм ycтaнoвлeния личныx oтнoшeний чepeз Интepнeт.

I want to take unbanned because :
1)This is not so hard violation for banned without a warning.
2)This message I create 3 years ago, 25.07.2016, but take ban only now, 23.07.2019.

If you got banned for plagiarism normaly there is no unban for your account ! Also you are only allowed to post with your new account in this thread ,
if you post somewhere else you breaking again the rules !
It depends on your post history and behave in the past if you was helping the Forum for an maybe temp ban , but this case can only be managed by an Global Moderator .

because plagiarism is an ethical matter then it has no statute of limitation
and the doer will be punished when sufficient evidence is found,
regardless of when the act of plagiarism was committed
