HODLING. The laziest of them all. All you need to do is to buy a definite amount and wait for it to get higher. The only enemy is the long term patience and greedyness. Its tiring but i continue fighting.


MINING. Well, i skipped this because i dont mine and ai dont have any resources to do it.


CAMPAIGNS. This thing becomes rare these days and if they have, theere are only few people who get listed. Most probably those with higher ranks or higher merit achievement.

I always woke up having 20 posts deleted almost everyday and all the comments ive posted removed because of off-topic reasons. I always end up not having a minimimum post count on my campaign and seems like my account are the only account who is monitored. Its more frustrating i guess. I feel like they do not want me to tell my opinion or something.

Signature campaigns arent that much profitable not like last year. Even i dont meet the post count every week, i still try my best to give more intellectual opinion as possible. I continue fighting

FAUCET, the worst and not worth way to earn a coin

STAKING, almost same with HODLING but your got extra income to hold coin for long time. This is laziest way and the pain is when your pos coin going dump so ou will lose.

WEBMINING, it sounds hear like you put malicious mining scripts in your web right ? haha, no actually it's not. You just need build a website or blog and then place ads in your website. If you apply as adsense it's really hard to get approve, if you apply as crypto ads more easier and you only have small income

so far i get bitcoin in a way that i use mainly in crypto trading, mining and participating in bounties, for me it is also good that i use it now, seeing the development and growth of bitcoin prices and market prices are still less stable, so i think it's better holding back the time with the development of rising market prices, so I also have a lot of hope for better returns.

obviously earning "money" is hard whenever you choose to earn it through low paying jobs, high risk jobs or hard jobs. and that is what your list is!

trading is a high risk job, if you are earning a living from something like stock market trading you are taking high risks and you could earn a lot or lose a lot.... same with bitcoin.

mining is a hard job, if you are mining gold or oil for example! it is hard, costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time but the revenue is good.... same with bitcoin

In my country, it's illegal to do that so the best choice would be using our fiat money to buy Bitcoin and then hold it. But if you can find an online job which pays you well, such as freelancing then it's a good alternative, really.

This. I don't know why people refuse to make money in decent industries with decent skills instead. That way, you actually improve your marketable skill that you could use in the real world if ever the whole cryptocurrency space dies(unlikely in my opinion, but it's still a non-zero possibility).

You can still do so in secret, by trading peer to peer online(not through exchanges). Though it's a bit more difficult, it's still very possible.

in the end, earning money through any method comes down to the skills that the person has. entering anything without them means no efficiency. for example in early years i was like OP, not knowing how to earn bitcoin and everything i tried didn't give me any meaningful amount. then i slowly started acquiring new skill, i improved my programming knowledge, learn more about trading and a lot more. now i try to have additional revenue with those skills and the result is a lot better.

I’m having a hard time also to earn extra income especially with bitcoin, its not enough to depend on bounties, you have to do trading as well. Still the best option for me to consider for you to earn more is your skill set. The method that you stated are  the common ways but there are actually a lot more which are basing on your set of skills.

You can be come a developer, a manager, a designer and a lot more. That is just how this world works. Most of us here started from earning through faucets lowest paying but the easiest. It's just that there are people who took the risk but there are also some who remains. Now most of the persons who took risk or improved their skills are probably more successful than to those who remain claiming from faucets.

The key to success is to always make "Progress" no matter how slow you are just be consistent it what you do or love.

Then it's left for you to work on yourself and your posts, make them more constructive and relevant to the ongoing discussion, that way it'll reduce the amount of posts you get deleted, though it's impossible not to have posts deleted, but on a fewer rate.
Do not also see signature campaigns as a job, if you cannot reach the maximum posts, it's nothing to be upset about, and it's actually better than spamming the forum just to make sure you do.

These days its tough earning "easy bitcoins" because the price is so high. Back in the day there was many faucets which gave you large amounts of BTC, there was one which gave you 1 BTC per day per IP. If you wanted more you just had to change your IP by resetting your router and you could claim 2 BTC per day, at the time it wasn't worth the hassle since BTC was useless back then.

Mining was also easier because you could do it on your PC and didn't need expensive ASICs or GPUs. Now unless you got cheap power its not that profitable. Maybe 25 cents per day per GPU.

I disagree about hodling being a lazy job. That is because you are just waiting and not doing anything.
There is supposed to be a job behind hodling.
What is it?

Scattering the good news (bitcoin).
Keeping yourself updated in what is happening everyday in regards with bitcoin.
Advertising it freely. Doesn't need to be paid always. Your payment will be seen in the future.
Pulling more buyers with the right knowledge about it.

HODLING is an investment, it's not something anyone can say is for lazy people, and I don't see how you can consider HODLING as a hard way to earn bitcoin. When the person take $11500 and buy 1 BTC and hold 1 BTC for 5 years for example, by the end of those 5 years that person will still have 1 BTC, they will only have many USD or less USD. HODLING is not for raising BTC, is for earning more USD. Trading can also serve to increase BTC or to increase USD.

HODLING can be very challenging for any individual who does nothing for a living I am quite sure you have other means of earning or source of income however a hodler might find it difficult  because of the pressure of meeting up with daily needs such as buying of stuffs, foods, paying of bills etc, above all its better to learn trading of cryptos which can invariably provide a steady source of income however with a higher or bigger risk.
 Personally I had already switched over to binary trading as well as learning forex trading as a result of few available and highly competitive nature of signature campaigns in the forum these days.

Which country is it illegal to pay their employees in bitcoin? I didnt even think it is a thing unless they are very technology savy to take the risk in paying all of their workforce this way.
I doubt many of their employees from first world countries would agree in doing this with the volatility in which bitcoins price is infamous for.
Just look at the price today. It was over $12080 just an hour ago now it has dropped to $11680.

However there are still so many things you can do to earn yourself bitcoin, some of which involves trading, if you are very good at trading and price predictions you might end up making it huge, as long as you know when to put and when to make a call. Not in full, but partially is perfectly okay. I think the main problem is to convince a non crypto or tech employer to buy in Bitcoin and pay you out. Too much hassle and too much risk of complaints. It's much better if you allocate like 10% of your salary to Bitcoin on a monthly or biweekly basis. It's not that difficult to transfer money to your exchange and buy Bitcoin.

As far as the price going down goes, that's just profit taking and that what we may have seen, was just a fakeout. Currently we seem to be consolidating.

That's is truly correct, if not wrong all of this starting in the middle of the year 2017 when the all time high of bitcoin begin to become expensive. Almost all campaign start to decrease pay rate because the reason is bitcoin is too much expensive and after that year 2018 start bitcoin drops and even the tradings is harder to earn profits, need to extend patience and hold the coins to avoid a lot of  loses. And ofcourse we need to become strong and brave all of this trial to get success in the future.

I think that your post count is getting lower because the threads in which you have made multiple posts have got deleted. This has happened to me also. Rather than getting my own posts deleted, most of the times I was a victim of collateral damage (i.e when the entire thread gets deleted, my posts would also vanish). There is not much to do here, and the only advice I could give you is not to post in those threads which are of low quality. In particular, avoid posting in threads where fake news is being spread. Sooner or later, such threads may get nuked by the moderators.

But I agree with you that the number of signature campaigns have come down. The few that are still running are closed to new participants. And unless you are a Hero or a Legendary member, it is quite tough to get enrolled to any campaigns. New signature campaigns will come in to existence only when new exchanges or gambling sites are launched. That is not happening now because of the bearish phase we had during 2018-19. The situation has changed and it may be reflected in the next few months. Until then, work on your merit and try to get promoted to a higher rank.

You forgot the most common thing that you could do too, and it's to give service to what you are good at and get paid in Bitcoin.

Imagine you are a great animator or layout creator, I would suggest that you could do something that you could get paid in Bitcoin and enjoy what you have done. You could try these steps if you want. This applies to different types of gigs.

• Create an ANN Thread saying that you are in with this kind of gig
• Create a layout, design, or whatever you could offer for free one time and see what your skills are
• Wait for customers to show up and ask ratings on your work

Imagine what you could do with a skill like that. It's either you learn it and get better or wait for campaigns to show up and post. It's up to you.

If you do not want your posts to be deleted regularly, avoid posting on mega threads or threads that has over 20 pages (400 responses) Doing that shows your post as spamming. Also, you can try checking altcoin bounties instead of seeking bitcoin paying campaigns that are not always available.

Holding is the safest way as Bitcoin is good for both short and long term investments unlike Altcoins in which it will  always depend upon the feasibility of their commodities so that they could attract more people to invest. Why do you think that those that are holding are lazy, I would not term buy and holding as laziness, it is just simply the most peaceful way of making investment in bitcoin that I have ever come across? Other means you talk about are too full of tension, trading is never easy, and no matter the strategy you pout, you still find it a little hard, and then you find yourself later gambling with it by just picking figures randomly when analysis no long work.

Trading- the riskiest way to obtain BITCOIN.  Plus you need money to begin with
Holding- again you need something to hold on to first
Campaigns- probably the most easiest and quickest way to obtain BITCOIN but you must also work very hard to achieve a status level to earn coins.
Your battle will all be worth it in the future so keep up the positive inspiration!

You are right, not only you but We all are fighting for a better result. You almost explained all the popular ways of earning bitcoin. I would add some ideas below-

Gambling/Sports Betting: Yes, it's not easy but I think Sports betting is which on I reliable and made a good amount of BTC.

Managing Bounties: If you have a good marketing strategy and can approach the client with a positive sign, you might get some bounty campaign to handle. I think your rank is a factor here.

Designing Signature: I saw many people even Legendary members selling their ideas on it and making a hundred bucks easily.

Bitcoin isn't here to solve your financial goals or problems. You have been making loss when trading. This means you don't know how to trade. You keep on repeating the same mistakes again and again. Instead of trying to fix those mistakes, you probably just ignore them.

Trying to get bitcoin in a suppose free way by bounty is the most difficult task, especially if one is based on signature alone because of bad past experience of many failed project. Trading on its own is very technical and difficult. Requires a lot of monitoring and discipline. What does one do? keep pressing higher.

I don't even write 10 posts a day and maybe 1 or 2 deletions per week and you get 20 a day?   How much are you writing? If you aren't getting into campaigns it's not because only high merited people do or because of your rank. It's because of the spam and off-topic shit!

Definitely. Maybe you're just posting just to reach the quota. Campaign managers really do their checking and will really delete your post if it does look like a spam and won't count it. Please note that it is better to spread the number of posts you have for each day and write them constructively. If the campaign requires you to have 20 post per week, then try to post 2 to 5 only per day.

Also, some campaigns have rules to only post on specific threads. So you also must follow those and not post on threads that are not mentioned. It won't really be counted if you keep on posting on other threads.

Signature campaigns are one of the easiest and better way for me since I can have the chance also to read and learn more about crypto, even if it's hard to look and be accepted in campaigns these days. Though for some it's not, probably because of language or some just prefer other methods. It's just you really need to know what's best for you. So if you want to improve in campaigns, then it's best to follow the rules accordingly and post more constructively.

All right, almost half of this post is spent on your grievances. My tip is that you don't post for the sake of posting. Try to give some thought in your posts. Try to think it through. Look at your post right here and mind the parts in bold and red fonts.

Illogical- You say HODLING is the "laziest" and then you end up saying it's tiring, etc.
Capitalization- I know that you know how to use capitalization properly and yet you seem not to care at all.
Punctuation- Use them. It is the laziest part, I tell you.
Spelling- Our reply box here has an indicator that tells us there is something wrong with your word. Be mindful of it.

Participating in campaigns is the easiest but demanding way to easily earn bitcoin. In as much that it is not profitable, its currently the easiest way to obtain some amount of Bitcoin in the crypto ecosystem. You just have to try to understand some of the posts, that will help you create posts which will not get deleted.

You are not alone mate, when it was implemented I have seen lots of my posts were also deleted but I adjusted by trying to analyze the reasons why my posts are deleted. IMO, most of the posts that are deleted are coming from mega threads which comments are already redundant and also there are also some threads that are redundant and it's deleted and you will not receive a message about it.

For me we shouldn't rely on them, although in the beginning there are a lot of btc paying sig campaigns, but it has dried up already and those left? it's really hard to get in because participants won't quit. I am not a big fan of PoS mining either. I have spoken to a few guys who tried PoS mining. The value of the coins went down continuously, and in the end they incurred losses. If you are still interested in mining, then I would recommend mining some altcoins that operate using PoW algorithm. You can later convert these coins to Bitcoin using any exchange. Monero, Verge, Litecoin, Zcash, Namecoin, Ethereum Classic.etc are some of the PoW alts.

In some country, people who are mining bitcoin or altcoin needs to pay the high fee for the electricity, and that makes them stop mining and change into trading. That's the spirit! The only way for us to earn is by continuing to fight and to persevere.

Stepping out of comfort zone too is necessary. Since bitcoin is hard to earn these days, you need to learn other ways than the usual way you are doing to earn. So yes consider trading too and study more about it, even if it will be hard to you. And as you have mentioned, even if you are making lots of lose. Experience is the best teacher. Back then, the exchange rates were quite low. In 2010, there was only one exchange where you can buy or sell Bitcoins (New Liberty Standard) and the exchange rate was $0.001 per Bitcoin for most part of that year. In other words, I would say that he got two pizzas for $10, and the deal looks quite good for me. Anyway, I read another thread from 2011, about a guy who lost BTC25,000 to hacking. Earning bitcoin is definitely a hard thing especially when it comes to earning it through low paying jobs like the campaign we both are in.
It has become worse after bitvest decreased the pay rates but then we can't blame them. They are doing what they have to do.
It's our necessity. We have to find better alternatives if we wan't to earn more. @Pooya just gave a brilliant idea of doing any job you are skilled in and then use the payments to buy more bitcoins.

We may not know when will it go up again, because it really depends on the massive adoption process where some big investors and institutions are going all-in for the world's most popular digital currency.

Signature campaigns are getting deteriorated day by day Not only they pay less now they are also controlled by Bounty managers who most of the time have a Jr member/ copper member rank  If you check their profiles most of them are very fresh to this forum.

The inconsistent and spammy posts by certain high ranking members is another reason why the success rate of the signature campaign has gone down so much Lately I have come across High ranking members who have been posting spammy posts quiet frequently and because of them, the Signature campaign got terminated in between.

Moderators have been doing there job consistently but, it is also our responsibility to report such spammy post to them. At least it will help in improving the quality of the forum.

Faucets are a waste of time, but they are cool if you're just getting into bitcoin.  That's how I acquired my first tiny bit of btc, before I really knew how to get any.  After a while, though, you (hopefully) start to realize that the amount you get is trivial and isn't worth the effort.

Staking altcoins is a great way to earn passive income.  I'm a fan of NEO, and I love it because you don't even need to have the wallet running all the time.  I think all the PoS coins require that--but it's still worth it, IMO.

then expand you horizon these things are not the only ones where you can earn bitcoin. there are services that you might be able to offer to others and ask for bitcoin as a payment.
or learn new skills like video editing/web developer etc.. it might take you months but it will benefit you in the end. all the things I mentioned can be learned online and can be done on your free time.

The truth is that signature campaigns remains as the easiest way to get hold of some Bitcoins to most of the users. But nowadays, we have increasing competition for the slots, on top of the lower payments and lesser number of campaigns to take care of. When I joined this forum in 2012, the campaigns were plentiful, and the competition was quite low.

Back then, there were campaigns like the Prime Dice signature campaign, which used to pay an amazing BTC2.400 per month. For comparison, the best paying signature campaign now pays around 1/20th of that amount. Earlier there were more giveaway from different projects and those projects used to show higher levels of growth. Further after the days of 2017 the difficulty increased as bounty hunting isn't that profiting and more earned tokens were idle in the wallet as those tokens didn't get listed to the exchanges.

HODLING is an investment, it's not something anyone can say is for lazy people, and I don't see how you can consider HODLING as a hard way to earn bitcoin. When the person take $11500 and buy 1 BTC and hold 1 BTC for 5 years for example, by the end of those 5 years that person will still have 1 BTC, they will only have many USD or less USD. HODLING is not for raising BTC, is for earning more USD. Trading can also serve to increase BTC or to increase USD.

I quite agree with your perspective on this. In addition however, it's not just enough to put a peg on a timeline when to dispose/sell off, one has to read the rhythm of the market to do this. For instance, there were investors who sold off at close to Bitcoin ATH of 2017 when they saw that the astronomical rise in price of Bitcoin at that time was only sustained by hype and FOMO and not technical even though they initially planned to sell off in 2020 or after that. Just know the right time to sell off while hodling to increase your dollar value.

If you think you are having a hard time right now on earning bitcoin, then you probably should consider finding a real job in the real world, while you are holding your coins in your bitcoin wallet or hardware wallet, that way, you would not conclude that earning bitcoin is hard, because it is not true at all, you only says it is hard because you can't find any ways to earn it, but the truth is there is a lot of ways on earning bitcoin, it is just not suitable for you maybe because you don't have any skills for that or there is something missing that is required for you to earn in those fields that you mentioned.

I remember this because, in the past, I am trying to be a blogger.
