yes why not   ?  there are places that dog fighting/betting is legal and they have certificates or permits to show  . some of them do also have a protector , these protectors are usually big guys like for example police  , mayors  , or other government officials  so that no one can question them  . the bets that made on this game were also expensive when compare to other normal animal fights because most bettors involved were also big people  .

I have bet on dog fight and ram and its Fun for me standing in the crowd and watching the dog fight for supremacy. We have adopted the culture of using animals for fight during festival period, and this festival attract many tourist around the globe. Although this is not a global adoption but depends on culture.

This should stop! Honestly, I don't think this is going to be justified by simply saying this is culture-based and so has to be respected because we are a multicultural world. We are a civilized world already. We do not take fun from the pain or even death of animals. This should be banned!

I doubt it is popular in this community since I have never seen or heard a dog fight gambling being advertise or being mentioned in the forum and
other bitcoin community. I don't doubt that there might be some gambling sites that provide these types gambling and also accept crypto-currency.
and if ever stumbled upon one of these kind of gambling site I will surely be disgusted by who ever is running that site.

I'll agree with you if you are a vegan but if you show certain animals favoritism I think that is really unfair.  There are people that want to protect dogs but then they go and eat chickens and beef.

Dog is friendly pets for human even they were very loyal to the human who feeds and maintain them and i personally will never bets for dog fight because for me seeing them fight is too violatile however there was animal sport called dog races in the particular country and if they only racing i think i willing bets for them

It is not legal in our country too as far as I know. Dogs are one of the animals that are so close to human and seeing them fight each other in a ring is just brutal for me to watch so I don't wanna bet on it, I don't even want to watch that fight.

Ive seen cockfighting,ants fights which i do see considerable thing rather than betting on a dog fight.This isnt a livestock but rather a mans bestfriend
which isnt suit out for them to fight to the death.I do see some videos of these dog fights which i cant dare to see it for long.So its a big NO for me

Depending on the legality of the game. But right now, it is deemed to be cruel for animals to do a dog fight and is illegal for some reason. Maybe a cockfight will do but not a dogfight.

Dog have some rights from other side of the world, so it's really depends from legality of the game, if the government do allowed this and let gamblers to bets for sure people from that place still have interest, we do have different view about this kind of gambling practice for me I'm not going to enjoy seeing a good buddy fights for life for the sake of money.

Nope, I would not do that, I can bet on anything but not on dogs and cats I consider this two as part of a family and man's best friends, and it'\s illegal in so many countries, there will never be a legal dog fight in any country, because we all know that dogs and cats are very much different from the other animals.

The dog is a close friend to a human and usually human pet is a dog. I don't want to abuse dogs that become animal cruelty. I won't support that kind of betting because I feel pity if I saw dogs fight. Much better if I saw dog fight I will report to the authorities. The arena can be anywhere, even at the large backyard of the house, a vacant lot, etc. as long as it's hidden since it's illegal. But that is just a minor competition. The major ones held in much large arena.

This type of gambling needs lots of money as owners will do anything just to enhanced and maintain their dog's physical condition and make it strong in the day of the fight.

Only a few people are allowed to watch. As much as possible, limited audience. The dog's breed is mostly Pitbull. There is also a weight limit. The arena is large, maybe 2 to 3 times on size of a cockfighting arena. The same system applied too like in cockfighting, battle till death.

This is cruel and I can't stand to watch. The whole arena will smell blood and you can even smell that bloody thing after you get out. Yes, sort of registering it in your nose buds even once you got home. Only watched it once since I accompanied my friend and obviously, out of curiosity how's the dogfight was performed. Never did try to watch it again. Today, I believed the dogfighting industry here is now closed on being dead. Never heard any related thing to that for several years now but I know there is still small operation exist.

I love to keep pets so I am not going to support any from of games which abuses the animals,remember they are also living organism they will fell the pain same like human beings so don't make fun of it.

And you are right, someone can't really stand such type of fight because of the nature of the battle and considering that dogs are close to human.
Maybe, this is the reason why they are not supported to be a legal gambling fight and most are happening only in the underworld so to speak.

You are a good person with a big heart though not all of the people in this world are like you, not all of them have the same perspective of animal or life as you. There are a lot of people abusing animals, abusing our planet and even abusing their countrymen or other humans. As far as I know, this type of gambling is popular in Mexico in the past but I read an article that it is banned now so most of the time, dogfighting is done illegally and the usual here is the "underground dog fight".
