It could work, I think there are many people out there who have no problems buying shitcoins.
Though, I would personally never use an exchange like that.
I mean, why would I want to throw away my money. You're barely going to have any volume for most coins I think.

Meaning you want to build a permissionless decentralized exchange?
I think that is how true decentralized exchanges should operate. Strict self-regulation should only happen in some sort of side-platforms within the decentralized exchange. People who need quality projects could use the side-platform.
The main platform (the main decentralized exchange) should be totally permissionless
while the side-platforms within the DEX should fillter out bad projects.
People could choose to buy unfiltered projects from the permissionless DEX

I think the name is to dry attention to the project but it is very risky if the project is not top notch because people won't think twice to dump it as soon as they noticed any little.

The risk in this concept of yours is too high. No one would put their money in an exchange that's known to have list shitcoins. It's just like sleeping with one eye opened.

A good business actually because many shitcoins are just waiting for a more exchange where they can easily be listed even if they have no real product. Will watch this exchange because I also have my shitcoins coming from bounties, time to sell.

What ?? Are you sure about this concept, able create, list and trade shitcoins. The question is who people will buy shitcoins ? that means wasting money. Why must trade shitcoins if we can trade more profitable with choosing the major coins??
Such people have lost their minds. For me that's really does not make sense, the fact is people will not pay for coin that didn't have price in the exchange, if it have price in Shitcoins DEX it won't change anything. |

Through DEX it gets listed, but it won't have volume. Already the same situation is prevailing with top exchanges too, they too have listed shitcoins and there isn't no trading volume and in specific time period getting delisted. So making a decentralized exchange is good, but the same being developed for shitcoins doesn't look to be a fair idea.

It's a fancy idea that I once thought about myself but what value would trading shitcoins create? No investment backing shitcoins or any sort of partnerships meaning that the price will be poor. And to top it off, it would take a miracle to gain any amount of volume at all.

Who would want a shitcoin in their wallet. |

it might work, i am interested in hearing more about it.
although such project would face a lot more challenges than a normal exchange because it is decentralized (or at least claims to be) and that automatically means a lot less volume. on top of that shitcoins are known to have tiny negligible volumes which in many cases can't even cover the on-chain fees let alone be profitable enough to cash out anything.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.
