It's a browser I think with other features on it and yes it has to do with ELROND. I haven't downloaded it yet as I have been too busy and I was on the waiting list. So when I find out more information on it I will post here. There are many developments going on with ELROND and I think it has had a healthy run up until Mainnet. Price dropped from 250 sats but it has stabilized between 150-190 sats at the current time. It's a great project and worth holding a bag for the longer term, although I day trade also a little of it.

yes, it good project. but if see from the price coinmarketcap I think the price of the token ELROND  will fall in the area of 100-90 sat. good luck
