i make registration on gate io in last year, and my new coin Sero - is traded here.

this is something new for me :/ and cant trade, becouse of fund password.

I am not a regular customer there but whenever I create any account with anyone I keep the information save in a safe place and I see there are fund password for my account too. Also they have anti phishing code too which is a good feature.

Anyway, contact with their customer support and seek help from them.

Theres no other option but to reach up their support.This is a usual user error where they do forget on saving up very important information
and later on when its required they do mess up with their account.

Almost all exchanges are now using this security procedure. This is the password that you had set up while registering your account with Gate.io
If you do not remember the password then you need to contact their support team. They will be able to help you.

Alternatively, if you do not have any funds on Gate.io then register once again with a different email this time.

Yes, you can create it at the setting. If it is still not updated in your account, please send a ticket to Gate.io's support system, they will soon support and help you withraw as soon as possible.
