3-5$ for me is too cheap as a pay on a monthly basis.

I don't consider this an opportunity at all $3 for how many posts that amount is just worth a weeks worth from j member for a campaign here in Bitcointalk and to think you are staff here, he should increase it to at least $50 this is the average rewards for forum poster here.

Better you earn managing it and further you can hire someone as a moderator. For $3-$5 none is gonna accept it. If the same two hours every day is spend productively one could earn better. There were more possible chances of article writing, content writings, etc.

these two have different job descriptions and pay rates
but with $5/month or ~17cents/day pay rate, I doubt anyone will be interested in this
we can get more than that just by doing one day signature campaign with the lowest rate

lets say you are going to pay $5 a month which is just 17 cents for a day
if you work for just 10-15 minutes on websites like microworkers or mturk
you can make a dollar or two in that time which is already $45 a month
no one is going to be interested to work for you with that pay

If you've had just launched the forum you aren't likely to have that many users signing up, and participating in discussion. You could probably manage any spam that comes your way yourself. I doubt that you would need to work 2 hours a day on this. Considering your pay for the month is lower than the minimum wage for an hour in most countries you are definitely not going to get someone who's worth their weight in moderating.

Yes. In Bangladesh they pay more bucks for one hour of your time, not the whole day.
If anyone is interested, they'd better start making iPhones or clothes in the 3rd world country.

No, you are mistaken. The article you stated says that garment workers are paid 23p per hour. The value of 23p is $0.0027 or 0.27 cents. Yeah! The workers in Bangladesh are paid that ill. So 17 cents is surely a higher amount than what garment workers are paid in Bangladesh.

It don't think that the value of 23p is $0.0027.

The article I quoted was based in British Pounds, so it's logical to assume that 23p represents £0.23.

Yeah, I imagine posting on a board isn't as tedious as making clothes, but still given the low amount of details from OP, we don't know what to expect.
Even if it's one hour per day, for let's say 20 days per month, you'd be making $0.25 per day.

It seems to me that this is stupid because it will take me a very long time and as a result I will receive only three dollars. It seems to me that this is nonsense and I do not see the point in this. I can find more interesting and high paying jobs online much faster. For example, I recently saw an online consultant vacancy on the site and there is just awesome work. I decided not to miss this opportunity and applied. At the same time, I decided to make my LinkedIn profile more popular and decided to buy likes and followers. There were a lot of services, but I chose one of the most reliable services with a nice  reputation. So, it helped me to draw attention to my profile and increase my chances of being reviewed.
