The 2017 ICO will never recover, will the IEO be similar?

I have been involved in the cryptocurrency market since 2014, I have witnessed the ICO in 2017 fading away, and now will the IEO become that way?

IEO, has more background than ico!  It is a bit secure since there are through exchange's platforms that are familiar with us. Ico boom that happens in 2017, attract a lot of scammers that take over the market and unleash their dubious activities on the innocent investors.

How it can have more background?

Although there's a secure way to sell the tokens on IEO but that doesn't secure that project can turn into a scam in the future.

Agreed because in 2017 many ICO succeeded and also scammers as well,IEO has a different approach but same objectives and that is to collect money from investors so whichever it was being used if not monitored and regulated for sure failure will also come to this place.so for me if this IEO thing will not give importance to the people who will put money on them and if they let scammers goes with them,then it will never take long time to decide failure upon them

The growth of scammers was around 2018 when the market tanks and most of the projects really doesn't reached their soft caps.

And these scammers thought that 2018 was fruitful and they just keep on creating ICOs no matter what the name was, the project idea was. They don't care because they have one goal and that was to collect money from their victims.

I can see it happening when enough people loose money. But so far, people are making money, atleast from IEOs on top exchanges.

The only difference between them is just that the token get listed automatically on the exchangethat conducted the IEO. The excitement on hearing IEO has drastically gone low compared to when it just started, which some would agree that IEO is as good as dead.
