Can i use AWS EDU promotional credits in NON-EDU account?

Hello, I got a AWS non-educate account that I use for running few EC2 servers, nothing illegal or mining (just for running servers).
I usually do use non-edu promotional credits but can't keep it up due to the non-availability of codes. I see that edu codes are available here and there and are quite cheap compared tot non-edu codes. As the general purpose for my usage is mainly related to "Elastic cloud computing" so I can use edu codes to draw off my monthly charges.
In case if I use an edu code in my non-edu account will it create any issue or terminate/suspend the account. Anyone have any prior experience on this, please do share.
