I'm dealing with the same problem, just like you do. Of course, I understand that they have to protect the Rewards Program from scammers, but there are two things that are clearly unfair:
1. They block accounts on a day when the payments are being sent
- Does the system really check for frauds and cheating or they just block accounts because you have earned too much? If there's something suspicious about the leads we got (installs) then why wouldn't block the account when the suspicious activity is discovered?
2.
They say that the best way to get your account back is to write to a specific email address. The problem is people say there's no response. Personally, I'm waiting for a response for 5 days since my account was blocked. It's not that long but I'm starting being impatient.
I hope they will improve the overall quality of their Rewards Program because pretty soon it may turn out they will painfully shoot themselves in the foot.
