Altcoins are good for cumulating more Bitcoins. I mean if you are trading, you can easily grow your Bitcoin portfolio. Buy altcoin before pump in a pair ALT/BTC. After a pump sell it, you will have more Bitcoins. If altcoin lose something, never mind, still you have an altcoin.  |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Bitcoin will remain, but I think that altcoins will also be needed to this world. critical thinking and fanaticism will not bring good results. |

I think both is better, because i invest my money in bitocin and ethereum. I invest on bitcoin for long term investing and in altcoin for short term. You must invest for profit, if the asset make you rich, we must to invest rigth?

definitely, we should look at any investment as an asset that we buy for profit. It’s important to figure out when to buy and when to sell. it doesn’t matter it is altcoin or bitcoin |

I personally prefer investment in both, namely bitcoin and altcoin, but I choose altcoin which is really well tested in all markets, because good altcoin will also benefit even almost the same as the benefits we get through bitcoin investments.

You can go with bitcoin and some altcoins. Because don't you have to invest your all money in one coin. There are so many coins in the coinmarketcap. You can focus on top coins in the coinmarketcap. You can decide to trade or hodl bitcoin and altcoins.

Over the past 2 years, we can conclude that bitcoin is more reliable. I do not claim that all altcoins are bad, but altcoins holders need to monitor the market more carefully and understand the crypto market more fully.

I will choose bitcoin and altcoin right now because I see the altcoin have a good time to buy at a lower price, and we will make a profit after bitcoin reach the highest price. The altcoin will have new investors as we see now, there are so many new altcoins at the market, and that will make us confuse to decide which altcoin we should buy. We cannot analyze some of them because they don't have the history before, and we could only predict that the coin will increase later. |

for the moment I have both of those choices. Well, even though I planned to be more dominant to bitcoin, I chose to use both. We do not know which altcoin will pump, and has the potential, therefore, I am more focused on producing both. sometimes people just focus on one of them. but, I think, when we can still take advantage of both choices, I will take that opportunity. |

I'm more interested in investing in altcoin, because I don't have a lot of money to invest in bitcoin, and the benefits of investing are smaller when compared to altcoin, for example, the price of altcoin $ 0.2, we have 100 coins, so if there is an increase in price to $ 0.3, then we will get a greater advantage compared if we have 1 BTC, even if BTC rises 10%.

I prefer in bitcoin, when the first time I intended to invest in cryptocurrencies I only choose bitcoin as main place to store my money and thus far the result was good. I remember when I bought bitcoin at the price was $9000 2017 ago and I sold it when the price touched $18000 and lately I've got profit when bitcoin price fallen to $3500 and I tried to bought it an I sold it when the price touched $11000. So, most majority bitcoin has gave me a huge profit but I still not get a huge profit on altcoin even my money was burn a half when I tried to invest on BTT but I still hold it because I have confident the price of BTT will up again later. |

I always invest in altcoin because I don't have enough capital and I prefer investing in altcoin which costs under $ 5 it will be more profitable than buying bitcoin with small capital.

my opinion if asked to choose investment in bitcoin or altcoin, I prefer bitcoin, because it is more certain and good quality in the long run, if you have big capital for a little bit for altcoin like ethereum, all would expect that many people who want dialtcoin investment like the case is in bitcoin
We have an option to choose both just like now prices in altcoins are low but once altcoin season happen there is a profit earn. But my top priority to invest is bitcoin as this is really can gives profit when price surge. We can diversify as some alts is also profitable. |

I use both. for investment I save bitcoin but for trading I rely more on altcoin. I'm sure many people will do as I do. This thinking is actually the basis for seeking profit in the crypto market. |

I think it's safer to invest in bitocin long term but altcoins have more growth potential. With analysts projecting a target of 55 000 to 60 000 USD as the peak for the next market rally(about 6x from CMP), a lot of alts are likely to pull a 10x to 100x if the make it back to previous ATH.
