Hello,
I'm new into Bitcoin but I have read that you can help me here.

I saw on Discord group post that FortuneJack offers double welcome bonus. I have never had Bitcoins so the OP offered me exchange USD to BTC.
I signed up on FortuneJack via proxy, verified my account (e-mail and phone number). The OP sent 5 mbtc to my FJ bitcoin address and everything was fine.

I placed first bet for Garcia-Lopez G. (vs. Lenz J). (https://www.flashscore.com/match/8vJc8tKq/#match-summary)
I lost this bet and received 10 mbtc free bet from FortuneJack so I placed next bet:
10 mbtc for winner of 4rd set - Argentina vs Canada (https://www.flashscore.com/match/tblZLuX3/#match-summary)

I WON 2.74 ODD so I was very happy. As you can see balance was 17.4 mbtc. That's a lot of money for me!

After some time I received e-mail from Fortune Jack that my account and withdrawal is suspended. I asked for reason and proofs - they did provide nothing...

I recommend you keep away from Fortune Jack. I think that If I loose all bitcoins it would be fine but I won a good amount from bonus so they found a reason to don't pay me...

Are you by chance a US resident? IIRC, players from the region are disallowed from playing in many ToS's.

I don't think so. It was my first interaction with bitcoin ever.
I asked them to show account that in their opinion is related with mine but as you see they didn't reply.
I think they have no proofs...

I can only think of two reasons why your account was suspended.

[1] Using multiple accounts

[2] If they saw that you are abusing their bonuses

Edit: I saw that you have been accused of using multiple accounts. I guess you have to wait for their reply and it may take some time for their fraud department to make a detailed review of your case.
