Did anyone read this today regarding NULS new approach to staking? "Staked Coin Output"

Seems pretty cool to help gauge interest in projects before they need the funding

That's a pretty neat idea especially since it is voluntary and could teach new users about staking. In the article it says these tokens are inexpensive so for those that aren't familiar this could be a really great opportunity

While looking on https://masternodes.online/ I've seen that coin listed on the first page. With two labels:
NULS-Consensus
NULS-Staking
I don't understand why most coins has other types.

The two have different values and weight I would imagine. Like a coin versus a token, I believe

I see but if someone can care to explain and give more details about the real difference between the two, I'll definitely appreciate that.

Not sure if this blog post will shed light on the question or not https://medium.com/@nuls/nuls-enjoys-the-first-mover-advantage-with-scos-the-staked-coin-output-rewards-model-a8f64bbf2516 from their blog

Its Time/amount x total capital = stake amount
So the longer you wait the better chance to stake. Though I have staked with eth based tokens you just send a transaction to yourself once every while and then that tells the wallet to give you your stake. The nice thing is even if you forget you can still come back to it later and get your stake.
