Go create your own search archive to store public domain articles put on free distribution feeds

As long as you cite the source, you own your archive and can sell it to whoever you want

But mostly it's just an archive of public feeds that the content creators want to have promoted, if you don't want your content in public domain, don't put it into a public feed
