Bitcoin this year have some good price improvement compared to last year, but altcoins are lagging behind, most of the improvement are only from major altcoins but not all of them, there only few as even ETH does not perform well this year.

It really depends on the team as well. If the team managing the project are not making any efforts at all, then those coins will definitely not go anywhere at all. Quality coins that are making efforts to be listed on Binance and make real partnerships happen are the ones that usually show good traction. A coin with a healthy community and well ran team will surely go places.

I don't focus on altcoins lack vision because I believe good on research and perfect team management coin. Now IEO is so stunning then ICO.

You are right, many new and old altcoins don't have a clear vision. Altcoin with characters like that will easily fall and will not be strong in the market. But with the new fundraising method, IEO, it will be easier to find out which altcoin really has the right vision and goals to start a good project. IEO with third-party Exchange that has high credibility such as binance, Bitforex and other exchanges, will increasingly help the development of altcoin more successful.

And some of them did. As ETH, XRP, chage the way we lock at altcoins. And reconsider them again.

Altcoins were falling sue to the price fall of bitcoin so you no need to worry about the potential coins or shit coins it will be back in track when the price of bitcoin reverse to be bullish.Some predictions says $14000 in two months so need to take a break from trading if you don't want to take the risks.
